a very beautiful, quiet and secluded house in Chouliarades, Ioannina. Alexia was a really good host and helped us with everything we needed. The location is also suitable for excursions to the general area of Tzoumerka everything was flawless , thanks 5/5 :)

Maria was an incredible host, and the house had everything, from kitchen appliances to woods for the fireplace! A plus for Maria was that a friend forgot a small piece of jewellery and Maria impatiently contacted us to send it with the post! The house is big and very cosy and comfortable for 8 people! If you are a big company or family you should definitely choose Maria's place!

We spend a night there with a group of six friends to explore the surrounding mountains and villages. The check in/out was very easy, plenty space for parking, heating was on when we arrived so we got into a very warm house. Nice extra was the welcoming tsipouro (local drink). We loved the fireplace, the views from the big windows, and the traditional atmosphere and decorations of the house. The top room was also very beautiful. WiFi worked very well. Overall, everything went well as expected.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. A perfect host, an impeccable home with all the necessary amenities and super cleanliness. A warm, kind, smile person. In a word....I recommend this location and if we will be offered the opportunity we will gladly come back!

Very clean new apartment, it was a pleasure to spend the night there. Maria is very responsive, helped us find a place to stay, met us and even helped us park. At home we were greeted by a pleasant surprise in the form of tea/coffee/cocoa, for breakfast rolls with jam, you could make toast. The apartment has heating and hot water. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

Marias house was A M A Z I N G! Everything was perfect, the view, the location, the decoration, we felt like home at all moments. Even with 2 little kids the house was perfect to accommodate us all. Maria was one of the best hostess ever as well. Communication was clear and direct, very kind and friendly, she helped us a lot with our trip. Maria thanks a lot again for everything, we really enjoyed our time there. Hopefully we'll meet again in the future. Take care.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sarai! We were welcomed very warmly and with great kindness by Babis (the dad from the host). The apartment and pool were very clean. The views from the balcony was beautiful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Many beautiful beaches can be reached by car (5 - 10 min). Of course, we also got a lot of helpful tips from Babis. We also did a lot of that (beaches, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (the host's mom) is so sweet too. As soon as you needed something, it was done in a few minutes. My daughter (3.5 years old) also got a sweet gift from her. It's been great. Air conditioners are also provided, which was great in the August heat. Every morning my daughter also played with the cute cats there. What was also very positive and what was not so familiar to us before: every 2nd day is cleaned and you get new towels. ♥️
