Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Amelia Island

Loved the house. Location was nice and quiet. Very comfortable living room. Plenty of room. Outside area was great. Ducks and geese were an extra that my dog wanted to chase, but alas, he was on a leash and couldn’t get to them. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

The location is great, nice safe neighborhood, and within walking distance of shops and coffee. There was a large fenced in yard for our dog and a nice deck, etc. We had a couple of issues and the owner’s response was fast and the issues resolved. We also had ample supplies of household goods. Overall, our month here was excellent.

Our stay was great, and the place was incredible for our dog. We're originally from the area, so it was nice to be close to our family and play some great golf at the Plantation, Eagle Landing, and Eagle Harbor. This was a terrific value.

This was our second stay with Holden and we deliberately choose a second stay based on our amazing first experience. Had a great time, again! From the immediate responsiveness of the host, to the cleanliness of the home and property we were pleasantly pleased. The location is close enough to bike (nice amenity - bikes provided!) to lots of places and yet in a peaceful, family friendly neighborhood. Holden's local food and entertainment suggestions are spot on!!! Got to bring our working fur baby - so the fully fenced in yard is a great perk. Hanging out by the fire pit day or night is relaxing and peaceful - caught some reading time and nighttime fellowship with family and friends. The additional, thoughtful provisions available made us feel right at home (lots of bath towels, shower/bath products, coffee, beach items including chairs, towels, wagon, etc.). There is no doubt when looking to visit J'Ville Beach again, we will be staying with Holden for a third visit. :-)

Our stay was too short, but we were happy to be in this area near family and friends, in a cute comfortable house with easy instructions and great communication before, during and after. Beds were exceptional and the private back yard (with its fire pit, putting green and seating) was inviting. We plan to stay again if it is available when visiting Jax!

My colleague and I booked Maria's home for a business trip and it was exactly what we needed. The home felt cozy inside and clean. Maria was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Thank you Maria for hosting us and our 5lb Pup Daisy.

Extremely pleasant place to stay in Jacksonville. Host, Rachael is incredible and very responsive. She was very accomodating with our requests too. Definity worth the stay. Felt right at home.

We had a lovely time. Waking up to the ocean view was beautiful. There's something about being near the water that makes me feel closer to God. We ate at O'Steen's twice. It was only a 20-25 min drive to St. Augustine. We walked around downtown. The weather was great. The house was very comfortable with room for everyone. The beach is private. The kids had fun playing in the water. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. We had a nice time.

Came here for the Players Tournament. Beautiful little place literally one block from the beach and a 2 minute drive to a bunch of little restaurants and bars along the beach strip. Would 100% come back again. Thank you so much

Great place to stay close to Vystar arena! We stayed for PBR! The backyard was so cute! Rooms were very nice and cozy!

Don's place was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked. Best thing... actually, there were many: comfortable bed, gorgeous sunsets, absolutely beautiful neighborhood, ( oak trees were my favorites). Thank you Don for sharing your place with us.

Lovely apartment with everything you need! The gym and pool are perfect. I got in all my workouts. I really liked the walking path around the little lake: about 20 min to walk around, so many birds living there! Also appreciated being able to walk to a sweet cafe (Veneta) with good food and European flair! Perfect for breakfasts! Neighbors were friendly and easy going. Everything was delightful!

This is a great stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and each time I have loved it. The place is very clean and stocked with what you would need. The pool and gym are awesome too!

This is a great property. Easy instructions to access. Spacious and light. Snacks, drinks, and wine provided. Karen is very friendly and responsive.

Enjoyed our stay at Rays place. Pristine, spacious, comfortable. Easy check in. New appliances. Short walk across the street to beautiful beach. Short drive into town, wonderful Farmers Market in Fernandino.

I booked last minute and extended my stay last minute, he responded very quickly. Alden gave great instructions, making it super easy to check in. The cabin was beautiful and clean. One of my favorites so far.

Eddie has been a savior for me. I've been at his place, in 2 different cabins, for 5 months now (with 2 more booked). He is private, but personable. Epic qualities for a host. I'll have to leave at some point, but will always value my time spent here.

We had a very relaxing family getaway. Would recommend and would love to come back.

Our stay was exactly what we needed: a quiet, beautiful cabin by the water surrounded by nature. The 50s style and the huge windows were astounding and they match the vibe perfectly. Wendy is an amazing host and really knows how to take care of her guests. We'll come back to this little piece of paradise, hopefully soon!

So quiet, peaceful and cozy! We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation has everything you need, is beautifully furnished and very cozy. You are surrounded by nature and it was very nice to sit on the veranda and listen to the sounds of nature. The smell of sulphur that was mentioned by some other guests in the comments was definitely noticeable. But even though I have a sensitive nose, it was still bearable. Missy and Scott are also very helpful hosts. Even later in the evening they answered our questions and helped us out. I can only recommend the accommodation.
