There is not so much space here for the description of the farmhouse, so wonderful and unique is the house, the garden ( actually it is already a park ) and the surroundings. The directions, the check-in with a key safe was very good. The Wow experience when you drive onto the property is stunning. In the farmhouse you immediately feel at home, it really has everything you need and much more. The fridge was filled with fresh vegetables, jam, there was wine and homemade cookies on the table ( all a treat ). It was very quiet and the beach was within walking distance. For us and our two dogs it was paradise on earth. We've never stayed so wonderfully. Many thanks to Nicolas, the communication was great and warm.....we will definitely come back. We recently spent a few days at Mama's Sunshine Garden Villa. Our impressions are great! The house is spacious, well-built, spotlessly clean, in very good condition and with all the comforts of a real house. Comfortable bedrooms have beds with good mattresses, excellent air conditioning and electric shutters that all together favor enjoyable sleep for the most demanding. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and the wi-fi is excellent, even on the most remote side of the garden. The decor with works by Mrs. Gogos Tsitsos (the owner's mother) gives a special touch and personality to the accommodation, which takes off from the lovely garden with the many different and tastefully organized corners. A big plus of the accommodation is its location away from streets and other sources of noise, but two steps from the surrounding villages with essentials shops, taverns and incredible beaches. We loved Agios Andreas and Skafidia, but the other beaches were very nice too! We ate very well at the tavern of Fotis, in the bar-restaurant above Skafidia, at Kyma taverna in Katakolo - and enjoyed the variety of meat by the sea in Pyrgi beach. Our favorite ending of the day was in the coolness of our garden, surrounded by greenery, listening to music under the stars without anyone disturbing us or disturbing anyone. I kept for the end the special mention of the owner, Mr. George Tsitsos. The warm welcome we had upon arrival, as well as his interest and assistance throughout our stay, was truly remarkable! When we arrived, he gave us an extensive tour not only of the accommodation but also to the surrounding villages, to show us where we could shop, eat, and how to get to the beaches. He also gave us very good recommendations on where to go, e.g. the amazing beaches of Agios Andreas and Skafidia. With his help, our short stay was definitely organized in the best possible way. Finally, a special mention of the galaktoboureko that his mother kissed us, who proved that apart from being a remarkable artist and decorator, he is also a wonderful pastry chef! Many thanks to Mr. Tsitsos and his mother for our truly unforgettable stay in the little piece of paradise they made in Agios Ilias! We highly recommend the accommodation, which we hope to return to again soon!

Kostis's place was beautiful and and suited our purposes being close to Olympia. We did struggle slightly with finding the property as it was further through the village than we thought. It had a big sign on the fence that we could see once close enough.

We had a great time at Dimitris's place. His little touches during the stay touched us a lot. The houses are surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden in which the kids really enjoyed playing. Watching the sunset over the sea from the terrace was a special moment. The beds are comfortable and we have all the amenities we need for the holidays! It takes a car to go to the beach or run errands. This was our case so we enjoyed the calm and serenity of the place.

As beautiful as in Greece, it is only in Greece. And this region is particularly beautiful and authentic. If you can still stay in such a wonderful house with such helpful hosts, the holiday is perfect. Thanks again and see you soon. Hellas forever!

This place is one of a kind! We booked it for the summer, and you can’t tell there is no ac. Each room (of the bedrooms) was equipped with sealing fan that made the place chill and nice. The place surrounding by nature and there is a great grass to play. This place belong to Giorgos, but his parents are taking care of it, you can see the love that they put in this place. We accidentally broke an outdoor lamp and were willing to pay for the fix, he didn’t want to charge us and when we got back it was already fixed. It was an amazing start of our trip around Greece. If it’s free, don’t think twice - book this place immediately!

The house was so fantastic that we would have loved to stay several more weeks :) The view is of course to dream of. We could watch the sunset right from the terrace. The house has lots of space. It was easy being 8 people in the house in 5 different bedrooms. The house is very modern and has all the facilities and kitchen supplies you’d want. The outside area was super entertaining with a good tennis court (with rackets and balls available), a workout area, a playground for small children and a decently sized pool with space for play and cooling down. We’ll definitely be back again in the area, and we’ll definitely pick this house again.

Pierre from France mentioned a few things of a really very long list of an over-equiped, clean and cozy house. I would only add a couple of things for those who are seeking for privacy (beyond luxury): 1. No bars and neighbours to annoy you with THEIR noise. 2. Noone close to annoy with YOUR noise. It’s like having you own private TUSCANY next to ANCIENT OLYMPIA. A superb combination. PANOS was away, but answered every question we had. SOTIRIS provided us great fresh-baked bread, various fruits and vegetables. Even eggplants for a great Mousaka. P.S. We stayed 5 days and only left the house for a few hours for the unique Archaeological Area and Museum (just 10 km away). We shall be back !

Stayed for 5 nights with my parents, my wife & our 3 children aged 12, 10 & 5. Was the perfect place for all of us. The host Κατερίνα made check-in/check-out very easy & offered us local recommendations & contact information for delivery food. The house was spotless, huge & had all the amenities described & in working order. Everything eas as per the photos. There was bottled water in the fridge waiting for us, along with a whole fresh local watermelon. The pool was clean and the grounds were huge and immaculately kept, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The only very minor complaint was the intermittent WiFi, which may have been a Service issue, maybe not a host issue.

Firstly, Georges is a great host. He's always available to improve your stay and extremely reactive. The house is great and the nearby are amazing and peaceful. I warmly recommend the place.

Exactly what we wanted and imagined! Beautiful house with pool and big garden with fruit. House is new, spotless. Lin was perfect host, everything went smoothly in communication. The kitchen is perfectly equipped as well as 3 bathrooms and whole house in general :). We had our peace and joy both in house and in spacious yard and ofcourse pool. Douneika is small village with its charm and all people are very nice and welcoming. If you seek for off grid tourist free vacation this is great place for you. We spent most of our beach time on Kourouta beach (15min drive) in Cabana cafe (organized beach), but if you like having your own beach equipment you can enjoy sea at many many places along the coastline. We for sure recommend this great villa!
