Just five minutes to the beach this is a wonderful place to relax. The house is in Klein Schwansee and is very cozy, spacious and quiet. Right in the fields, the last house of the small street with magnificent views and plenty of space to relax. Sleeps up to 6 people in beautiful furnishings. Through the fields it is 2.5 km to the most beautiful beach in Lübeck Bay. Deer rabbits and birds can be seen in front of the house. In the garden there is plenty of space for recreation.

Our vacation home Unter Reet is 800 m from the beach and is within walking distance. If you are looking for peace and recreation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow, trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and via the A20 Hamburg in 1,5 hours. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Path.

Lovely apartment with terrace

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

On the 1700 square large and well-kept property are the main house with the apartment Strandgut, Kompass, coconut and lookout and the four cottages port, starboard, captain and cabin. The houses are really wintery wooden houses and are also rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or they sit under the more than 100 years old maple tree in the summer.
