The apartment is in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. You can get to the center of Oostende by ferry, private car or bus. Unfortunately, there is no bakery in the immediate vicinity yet (but one should open soon), the nearest supermarket is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partially built, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are new and also the bedrooms were cozy and clean. The shower is new, level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small but well equipped with everything. There is a lovely balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is really decorated with love, you feel very comfortable. There is everything you need in the apartment (towels, kitchen utensils, spices, hair dryer, soap...). Music box and SmartTv are also there. The location is great - you are right on the seafront and the beach is very nice. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. You can park the car right outside the door in the morning from 6-11 o'clock, otherwise you can park nearby for free. Tina is super nice, communication worked out very well.

Recommended without hesitation. I would especially remember the responsiveness of the host and his kindness as well as his flexibility, we were even brought wood in the evening to make a fire 🤩 And I'm not talking about all the little touches left for us upon arrival. Accommodation for 8 people but with sofa bed including therefore read the description;) (2 adult bedrooms + child room), so for 4 adults and two children it's perfect:) I would just quote two little things that “grinded our teeth”: - the floor upstairs, an old parquet floor that makes a lot of noise (but hey it's the charm) - kitchen furniture a little aged But final rating of 10/10 without hesitation.

We had a successful vacation in a cozy cottage. It was a modern home that had all the comforts. The location on the park was good, everything was within walking distance. Nearby, there was plenty to do for us as a family. Jo and Sara were quick to respond to questions, both in advance and during the stay.

I recommend without hesitation the accommodation of Françoise and Gérard who are really charming, welcoming and available hosts. We had a lovely week there and we had all the comforts we needed.

Thanks to Annelies, very good communication, the information is clear to access the accommodation, we were able to park our 2 cars without inconvenience. She leaves a small welcome booklet with instructions, instructions for appliances and restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is lovely. There's also plenty to have fun with lots of games for young and old. The bedding is comfortable, and the shower is quite large so convenient when you are a 1 and a half year old! We feel good in this house so I recommend going! In summer it must be great with the sea nearby! See you soon I hope

My experience at this apartment was excellent. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated and with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to a comfortable bed. The apartment is beautiful decorated, the communication with the host was always prompt and efficient, there is free parking in the courtyard (private garage), we also were provided with a cot for our baby. Overall nice stay and a welcome weekend break. We would book again.

We were two adults and two children under the age of 3. The place was easy to find, we were able to park in a parking lot a few meters away. We were pleasantly surprised by the space in the space, it seemed bigger to us than we had imagined when we looked at the photos. Everything was clean, the decor is relatively clean and tastefully made. The umbrella bed was well available, with a small mattress suitable, perfect for our 18-month-old son. We had fun spending the evening / night there and would not hesitate to book this place again if we come back. Thanks to Samuel and Vanessa for their seriousness and availability by message.

We were looking for a private spa for a short trip with the kids and were not disappointed. The place was as shown in the pictures. Wellquipped kitchen. Cozy beds. We were able to make ample use of the sauna, hot tub, and heated pool. According to the weather, we were also able to spend cozy evenings by the fireplace. The property is close to the French border and you can buy delicious croissants in the Boulangerie Paris. Shops are within easy reach. For children, there are various toys that Vicky provides, which the children loved😍. There is even a table outside as well as a ping-pong table. In the rooms there were some layers of dust and cobwebs that may not have been seen, which did not greatly affect our stay. The outdoor area looked charming in autumn, the kids used the entire garden to romp. Everything was well fenced and private. The sauna is great😍🥰. A successful wellness WE

We had a very nice time in the really perfectly equipped apartment of Pascale and Therry. Both were very concerned for our well-being. We knew we could reach out to them at any time. Thank you very much for the nice time!

Perfect apartment for our stay with our friends . Each couple had their own bedroom , bathroom, and dressing room . Very clean and well decorated. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay in Delphine's apartment in Nieuwpoort. Beautiful apartment, quiet and yet centrally located, well equipped, smooth and nice communication with Delphine.

Fantastically nice place! It was sparkling clean, there was a nice light during the day, with well blackout curtains and at night surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the heart of the city center. This place is also within walking distance of the beach! The apartment is accessible by stairs on the third floor, so you have to be able to walk well to get upstairs. But on the top floor you have a lovely apartment that awaits you there! 5 stars in front of the Apartment and for Anto the host =)

The apartment and surroundings were very nice and clean. Nieuwpoort was nicer than expected. The supermarket is 13 minutes walk (carrefour Express). The beach is right next to the apartment. On the balcony the sun shines it was also very positive. The garage under the apartment was also helpful and convenient. I would recommend bringing your own shower products and dish soap and spices, which I missed. Otherwise everything was great. Ben was always quick to reach and very nice.

We spent three days at Jo's place and it was great. The apartment is new and clean with all the desired amenities. It is quiet although centrally located and we enjoyed a very nice view. The host is very friendly and responsive. Thank you so much!
