Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Altura

my wife and I spent 7 nights in Fatima's place. Fatima was a lovely host. She responded very quickly to any queries. she left food, including a home-made cake, and wine for us when we arrived late in the evening from Faro airport which we very much appreciated. The apartment was a lovely place to stay - very comfortable and well equipped, walking distance to supermarkets, the Mercato Municipal (which is excellent), cafes and restaurants. VRSA is a lovely town. We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to return. Thanks, Fatima! Tom and Nora

Great space for a couple with 1 or 2 children. Small but sufficient space with everything necessary. Comfortable bed sofa, kitchen with the essentials for 4 or 6, sun terrace, exceptional location, close to everything but quiet. I recommend

had a wonderful time in our stay. The apartment is fully furnished, the outdoor space/balcony is spacious. Located on the west so wonderful afternoon sun. Beds are very nice. It is quiet on the well-maintained complex. Certainly subject to repetition.

Great villa. Private, enclosed pool area and garden, yet only meters away from all the amenities and a short walk into the market town. Loulé is the perfect base for exploring the Algarve and its amazing coastline without having to endure the hustle and bustle of the bigger coastal towns. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying at Villa Lizete. A big thank you to Miguel and Jose for being fantastic hosts.

We had a great stay. Place was great and close to everything we needed. Would absolutely come back again.

Antonio's apartment is on a beautiful complex with everything you need for a lovely holiday

Nuno was a fantastic host, always responsive & helpful. Everything we needed in the apartment he would provide e.g more washing tabs & softener, more bin bags, he even came round with tape when my 3yr old broke my phone holder and assisted me and my partner in mending it! The accommodation had everything you needed to feel at home in a self contained apartment. For us having a 3yr old the slide n swing was an added bonus. The sunrise was perfect on the balcony and the balcony was sunny majority of the day. Pool isn't a heated pool so we didn't use it but having it in the view from our balcony was perfect. I would definitely book again especially as I do love staying in that area.

Stay & house are fantastic. Orlando & Armanda are such lovely people. We have been very lucky to stay and even luckier to have met Orlando and Armanda. We could not have wished for better. The property is exceptionally well equipped (especially the kitchen), very clean, very roomy and clearly well looked after. Staying here has felt more like a second home than a house. All the rooms are large and the property would suit all ranges of visitors - families looking to get together or individuals looking to relax. Special mention that the house is very suitable for children of all ages including babies. Cots, changing mats, games, toys etc. With TVs in all the bedrooms and several seating areas in the garden, everyone has the choice of finding their own space or getting together in the larger areas. Great location. One can walk immediately in the hills and countryside. We strongly recommend everyone to stay here and we have already booked to stay again ourselves. We rate it 6 stars.

Nice house, fully furnished with everything you need, very comfortable beds,with state-of-the-art TV. The house is very clean juan Antonio was responding very quickly to everyone.

We had a great time at Sara and Maria's place who are always smiling, welcoming and very responsive in case of difficulties or questions. The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful place where it is good to rest, however, there is no shortage of activities. We were able to visit the south east of the Algarve easily.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Portugal! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was clean, spacious and provided a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. There is a stunning private pool with plenty of seating area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were spacious. The location was ideal, close drive to the old town and a few shops just walking distance. The communication was great with the hosts and would definitely recommend. Thank you again!

Our booking was extremely last minute after we had been unable to stay in our family home. Quinta Dos Sorrisos was a home from home. Aida and Berry are amazing hosts, chilled yet responsive and perfectly accommodating. The accommodation is boutique chic. A rustic feel yet with a polished finish. All the little touches show the love and impeccable taste that has been poured into its creation. It’s minimalist for a relaxing feel, you can really declutter your brain. The facilities, for example to charge your phone, are discreetly at hand. Quinta Dos Sorrisos ticks all the boxes for an eco-holiday the solar panels are a no brainer. The local produce of oranges and figs, come without any airmiles. The area itself is my favourite part of the Algarve, Maragota, Moncarapacho e Fuseta. The Guardian rates it as number one for 2023 travel and being multi local and lucky enough to call this one of my homes I agree. Quinta Dos encapsulates the magic of this very special area.

This is the best Airbnb we've stayed at in Quarteira, and we've been to quite a few. The apartment is warm and sunny, have enough space and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to the ocean and good bars, great pastelaria is just around the corner. We've enjoyed the stay a ton and will definitely be back if we will have a chance.

We had a great week. The house is very well located for excursions in the Algarve. It's close to a restaurant area and supermarket, and you can walk to Falesia Beach. The girls have really enjoyed the pool, it is a very quiet community.

I have shared a few very pleasant days and I have been very comfortable both in the apartment and in that area of immense beaches and beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful. Ideal for spending a few quiet days during the month of May and early June. Belén is very attentive at all times and very friendly as well as Marina who takes care of everything you need. I hope to agree some other time and repeat these vacations. What I liked most about the stay, the attic terrace. Great for mornings filled with light and cool and nice evenings!....

Great stay and great host

The stay was good. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days. Heating works perfectly. We recommend it.

Lovely accommodation, everything that you need including a large roof terrace, well equipped kithchen, tv and Wi-Fi. Property in a residential area close to a shopping area and close to the railway station. Uber available at a reasonable cost ie 10 euro to Faro old town, or do it for 1.60 euros by train return ( with senior concession). Town very quiet, but we visited outside holiday season, so only to be expected.

Great space with lovely view of the pool. The pool was great, and close to beaches. Busy road out the front but the apartment looks into the pool so is very quiet.
