Great accommodation and great location. The place was very nice and tidy. All spotless and the house fully equipped to make our stay very easy. The house is very centrally located and you can walk to everywhere in the city while the street where the house is although central had easy parking. The host was very kind and friendly. The understanding was excellent and communication was immediate. Great choice for anyone who wants to visit the city of Mytilene!

Stylish really as the description said very clean and tidy room in an area that in five minutes you are in the center of the city. The host is helpful and impeccable!!! The price is very very good. Definitely if I come back it would be my first choice!!!

Very peaceful! The location of the house is very good, there is a market right across the street and it is very close to the bazaar and restaurants. The garden is incredibly pleasant, you can spend the whole day. The house is very adequate, almost a summer house. But most importantly Efi is an incredibly sweet person. She is extremely friendly and hospitable. She made lemonade for us with her own hands! We would definitely want to stay at Efi's house again.

We had a lovely week. We had shortcomings in the house, but they completed them right away. The location is beautiful, the air is clean and it was very nice to be in touch with nature. Excellent apartment, plenty of room for 6 of us, very clean, Korhan helped us out very quickly with any queries. The apartment has terraces on 2 sides, so you can avoid the sun of you prefer, and a really good living room as well. 5 mins walk to the beach, and you can drive / take a bus ( 20 mins) to Ayvalik, an old town further along the coast well worth a visit

Aggeliki was a smiling and willing host , meeting our every need immediately. The accommodation was clean, with the described amenities and in the heart of Mytilene, close to shops and cafes.

The house was very clean and tidy, the tavern and the beach close to the house are very nice. We had a great time in the garden, it is a very safe area for children, it was great to watch the stars at night. There is a small market in Scala, 7-8 km nearby for those who go, it is only necessary to pay attention to the siesta time.

We stayed at Ms. Gülay's house for 1 week. We opted for September for a peaceful holiday. The location of the house was great and close to everything. Since it was our first time in Ayvalık, we had a hard time finding the house, but the host personally found us and walked us to the house. He was friendly and polite. When we needed help, she provided quick solutions and solved our problem. Although the house is normally for 2-3 people, we stayed 4 with the permission of the host. The house was large enough. You can have a barbecue in the backyard and have nice dinners. Since there are stone walls in the garden, we preferred to wash the garden and spend time there in the evenings to cool off. In addition, there is a kitten who comes to the backyard, we named it Koruk, a very mischievous and cute, I hope it gets along well with the next guests. My only criticism of the house is that if you go in the middle of summer, the fan upstairs may not be enough. It was enough for September. We had a wonderful week. Thanks to the host ❣️

A great beautiful place with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom within walking distance of the beach (75m?) and all kinds of restaurants. Apartment is in a quiet alley behind the busy boulevard. So a lot of peace, sun on the balcony in the afternoon and evening. At the door you can usually park and walk up the stairs to the apartment. Stayed here with 3 people and had a wonderful time. Apartment is decorated with care and attention, beds slept wonderfully. On Greek almost.... enough towels available etc. Upon arrival, a small nice surprise package and during our stay suddenly a bag with delicious cookies at the door. Communication is also smooth and fast, usually within 30 minutes of reply. Maria thanks for the beautiful place!

A great place to visit around ancient Troy historical site. We spent just one night while traveling with a large group of friends and Basar's house was perfect for us. Basar was a great host, very friendly and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We loved Ms. Dilek's house. Staying in a historic Greek house felt very peaceful. The location of the house is within walking distance of most places. The house was clean and tidy, the bathrooms were renovated. We took advantage of Ms. Dilek's sightseeing guide a lot. If I come again, I would like to stay here. Thank you so much again:)

Тhe house was really good, cozy, perfect view, amazing sunsets, clean and warm pool. The hostess is a smiley charming person. We had a cold white wine waiting for us as a welcome drink. They clean the place regularly and change sheets and towels. What else could e person want?!:) Evcharisto! :)

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied.
