Very nice quiet vacation home. We were very pleased with the sauna and privacy. The communication with Dirk was very pleasant.

It was best to sit on the terrace in front of the cottage and look into the wonderful garden. We had a great time and we didn't miss anything. There is no Wi-Fi, but if you absolutely need internet, the 4G reception is fine. But the location is just great close to the castle park, quiet and yet everything is close. We will be happy to come back, thank you to our host Franky, Kind regards Maggie and Frank

We had a perfect holiday here with our small dog. The property was completely fenced, which is of course very important with a dog. The private garden was already very large. In addition, there was a huge communal garden. Also, we had a beautiful view of the lake. A dream. Despite this quiet location in the middle of nature, you were in Binz within a few minutes. And had all the possibilities here. All other places were also easily accessible. However, you should not do without a car in this situation. The amenities of the house were really great. Absolutely nothing was missing from the kitchen. The house is very cozily furnished and we felt very comfortable here. The contact with the host was always very nice and you got a very quick response. So I can only give around five stars. We hope to come back soon.😊

Beautiful, new and quietly located house in a holiday home settlement, very suitable also for allergy sufferers. The furnishings/amenities are high quality and cozy. We were allowed to spend a very relaxing weekend in Britta's vacation home. Everything was as described: the kitchen super equipped, the beds very comfortable.. a thoroughly recommended accommodation. The contact with Britta was great, she responded in a timely manner and had good recommendations on site. The accommodation has a quiet location, but you can quickly get to the many beautiful beaches of the island by car. Also recommended for visitors to the Ralswiek natural stage, as this or the parking lot is only 5 minutes away. We will hopefully come back again and bring more time to enjoy the property! :)

Staying at the house was wonderful. The location is great, the fenced garden excellent for a dog, the equipment of the house very comfortable. You come in and feel immediately on vacation. Thank you for the opportunity to have a really relaxing holiday.

if you want to feel at home, this is the place to be. You feel very comfortable right away. We were 9 people and had a good time. Excursions to the Baltic Sea and the Karls-Erdbeerhof were no problem. We took quiet walks and relaxation in the house. We will be happy to come back again! Thanks for everything!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in Sellin on Rügen and it was just perfect! The location couldn't be better – just steps from the beach and the Selliner Bridge was. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very stylishly furnished, which immediately created a cozy atmosphere. The amenities left nothing to be desired; from the fully equipped kitchen to small extras like wifi and a selection of books, everything was there. Especially great was the balcony where we could enjoy our coffee in the morning and marvel at the sunset in the evening. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, location and style for a relaxing holiday with the family by the sea. We will be back! 😀

We had a very nice time at the loft! Everything you need for a short trip was there. Absolutely convincing is the direct beach location. Especially in the low season, it is totally relaxed, as it is not so busy anymore. The only thing that bothered us was the pool in the wellness and spa area, as it was unfortunately a bit too cold to relax.. otherwise a nice stay!

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

We were there for 2 weeks in the summer with our 2 children. Check-in was easy and easy. The property was huge and you could sit down and the kids could play. Beata and Markus were always available to us with advice on excursion destinations and everything else. You were super nice. The apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back.

Great location, great amenities in the apartment, quick way to the beach. Documentation center nearby. There are a lot of dogs in the complex itself. Parking garage directly in front of the hotel (€10/day).

We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

Very nice townhouse! Very cozily furnished, everything still new and in very good condition. It's really small, but great for two (we were there with a baby and dog and that was a good fit!). You are quickly by the sea and right in nature... Greifswald 20 minutes away by car. We would come back!

Very clean, bright apartment, even handicap accessible. The small garden was beautifully sunny, I particularly liked the blue-white dtr basket. The kitchen has almost all appliances, including coffee, filters, salt and spices were available, which is not always self-evident in my experience. The apartment is quietly located, in a very quiet place with hardly any traffic. If you want to enjoy pure peace, you are very well taken care of here. However, you have to be mobile for all purchases, rent, etc., because there is no food market, no bike rental oä, but a lot of nature, wildlife traffic, nice neighbors and peace and quiet

Originally I had booked the apartment just for myself and husband. But we decided to take my mother with us. Another person wasn't an issue here at all. The area is great for nature people and great walks. Shopping and sightseeing are less than 10 minutes away. For all fish eaters, the fish palace around the corner is a must. Furnishings of the apartment are chic and functional. What little things are missing can be overlooked and overlooked. We will be happy to come back.

It was all wonderful! In the apartment is everything you need. The area is very nice and quiet. Just the right thing to unplug. Questions were answered directly. I have nothing to complain On the contrary, I can only give a clear recommendation.

We give 10 stars!! After a car breakdown and late arrival , the landlord surprised us with a dinner. He is very warm and helpful . I'd love to come back The bungalow has a great location, short distance into town, towards the beach or in the forest . It was clean and we didn't miss anything Best regards, ❤️
