brand new and sparkling clean apartment with loving furnishings and old-build charm. Particularly positive is also the beautiful view of the surroundings as well as the small integrated dishwasher. The landlady welcomed me warmly and otherwise the entire stay went smoothly and pleasantly.

Everything was as described. Lovely little apartment. We enjoyed it very much. We didn't need any information because we visited and thus had our own tour guide. Parking was also not an issue. It is also great that there is a small selection of drinks in the fridge at moderate prices. Also in the bathroom there is everything you need for showering and hand washing.

I stayed with Maria for the second time, she is a great hostess and took great care. Thank you very much

We felt very comfortable all around. The kitchens are very well equipped and of high quality: sufficient dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls and pots for a large group, there were no wishes left unfulfilled. Children are also taken care of: cribs, high chairs, even a box of toys is available. Patrick responded promptly and kindly to requests. We will be happy to come back.

The stay in Malsfeld was great. The house is very suitable for a larger group and both kitchen and living room can accommodate everyone at the same time. In the area you can walk well and shopping is also possible quickly on foot. Glad to come back!

Very nice hosts, the house is great, only the arrangement of the rooms takes some getting used to. 😀 Everything is there, the kitchen is fully equipped, even coffee machine. And if you've forgotten something, the pantry is also there, for a few euros, you can buy a lot. The view is great. In front of the stairs to the lower rooms I would make a wall, made of glass or something, so you don't have to go to the cold in the evening. Sauna is small and nice 😀 only the way there is adventurous. At night you would need more light and a nice walkway. Or move the sauna forward, where the ball grill is. Otherwise everything was very good, recommended.

We were there with a girls' troupe and we were all satisfied. 👍🏻 Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Always happy to come back

We were at Michael's place for the second time. 6 adults and 2 children. It was amazing again. Communication and check-in one A, house sparkling clean with ingenious equipment. The sauna is still great even with the many bathrobes, towels and infusion accessories. We highly recommend the house and thank you for the lovely weekend!

We had booked the house for our staff and they were very satisfied. Everything was clean. Sascha was always available and responded quickly to questions. We would come back.

We (two families of 3 and two dogs) had a cozy stay. The welcome with warm yeast braid was sensational and Claudia's father welcomed us very nicely and uncomplicatedly. We also enjoyed the big dog lady because she almost rolled down the garden in the snow:) The accommodation was spacious, tidy and clean. The house is very cozily furnished and we didn't miss anything in the equipment. From the property you can easily get to Fulda, the Gersfeld wildlife park and the Wasserkuppe (ski and summer toboggan area). Since we had a toddler with us, we had a few "special requests", all of which were fulfilled <3. The only criticisms were that the house was very cold for the first two days and that the spouts in the bathrooms smelled a little for a few more days. But this was probably due to the longer vacancy+the cold season. The house was perfect for us and we will probably come by again at some point:)

We loved our stay in Wolfgang and Simone's beautiful house. They welcomed us so warmly and Wolfgang gave us a great tour of the house and cellar which was fascinating. The house was cosy and very well equipped and we felt really at home. A wonderful stay

Our third visit here and we will always come back, it’s a lovely place with walking nearby and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It’s a very quiet village but there’s a supermarket just a few minutes walk away and restaurants in neighbouring towns, all a very short drive. There’s even a vending machine selling sausages down the road a little!

Beautiful apartment,tastefully decorated with everything in it. From coffee beans in the unit to a welcome wine. Wonderful beds, towels, laundry facilities, drying room for the skis. So nice apartment! We had a lovely time and next year we would like to come again for a midweek. What is also so nice about this apartment that you are only less than 10 minutes from Winterberg. A short walk to the village, the stairs down is near the apartment. Lots of information to find from the area downstairs upon entry. We enjoyed it🥰

Beautiful and super furnished apartment in Marburg in a old shop. The only downside is that it is quite clairaudient.

There were four of us at an event at Romrod Castle. The location of the accommodation is perfect for this as it is within walking distance of the castle. Regina is a very nice host and we felt completely comfortable!

Check-in and communication worked perfectly. Apartment was modern, clean and cozy. I will gladly come back.
