Vacation rentals with a patio in Almirante Brown Partido

My experience was very good, super satisfied with the service and the accommodation. It's just as seen in the pictures. The pool is amazing and the building is beautiful. I definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.

Great value for money

Our flight home was delayed and we needed a place to stay for 10hrs. Gonzalo's place was conveniently located 15min from the airport and there were restaurants and a mall within walking distance for us to pass some time. The space was cozy and had enough space for 4 of us to relax before heading to the airport.

Very nice gated complex. The pool is spectacular It's a family atmosphere and very nice. We had some minor unforeseen events that were resolved quickly and effectively. We will definitely be back!! Thanks:)

the place super comfortable, spacious , cool . It makes you feel at home, it has everything. Susi super friendly and very attentive. the location is very good , nor do you need to move the vehicle. I would definitely come back eight time!!

Nancy was a great host. She responded to our inquires promptly and always accomodated to our needs. The place was perfect for our vacation plans. We needed a place to spend the night from all the sightseeing around the city and visiting family. Our kids slept very well on the sofa bed and master bed was very confortable also. There were clean sheets and towels. The kitchen was not fully equipped but it had the essentials for coffee in the morning and small refrigretator to keep some beverages. The building is barely new so there was construction going on, which started very early (6am) 2 days of our stay. This was the only loud noise that bother a bit, but we were lucky holy week had started after our 2nd day. Apartment is located less than 10 blocks from our family's house and with many restaurants, bakeries, markets near by. The neighboorhood felt safe walking to them. We will definitley rent this place again. Thanks!

We loved it! We'll definitely be back, the place feels safe and the facial recognition check-in makes things easier. The common areas of the accommodation are spectacular, the day it was raining we stayed in the heated pool. We also liked that there are food stalls nearby that accept cards, such as Pizzeria 5.7, which handle local prices, which also helped us a lot. Lolo was very attentive and helped us with all our questions. The only thing to take into consideration is the location, because if it's a bit far from the tourist area, such as the obelisk, for us it was perfect between the areas we needed to get to and it was totally worth it.

It is a very convenient apartment. Close to the airport and in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. There is very good communication with the owner and she is very attentive

It is located in an area with a lot of movement during the morning and then very quiet afternoon and evening. Food places, bars and restaurants 200 meters away on Avenida Patricios or a few blocks away in the gastronomic area of Barracas on Ave. Montes d Oca. 10 min. by Uber from cultural centers and tourist areas such as San Telmo and Puerto Madero. The host is always very attentive to changing the linens and cleaning the apartment. The dimensions are small but it is very comfortable, a super nice private balcony and large terrace with access by stairs all day long. Highly recommended for both Argentines and foreigners.
