We were very well. The house is just as you can see in the photographs. A very quiet area as that is what we were looking for. Juan was very attentive to us, he is very kind. She told us how to get to the house and I'll let us know everything. We repeat for sure

our stay has been great, the apartment is beautiful the patio is great to be with the family, if the children are older you can go to the pool walking because it is right behind. the area is super quiet respecting the hours of silence, right in front there is a super that they have everything even if it seems small and by the area more. You have the maritimo walk and the garrocha beach 10 minutes away. Jorge is a very attentive and polite person. She was attentive at all times to know how we were and by going alone with the children I allowed myself to enter earlier. I can't say anything negative except that I missed days to see more things. we will be back for sure.

Rosa is amazing a truly great host and her place is everything you can think of. The place is in a very good location with great views.

Under-stated, this accommodation was 💯 perfect. (Not walkable, but it didn’t say it was so I knew). Maria and Robert were perfect hosts, really helpful and responsive to all needs. There was absolutely everything available in the kitchen and bedroom etc. I could not fault anything. I think it was under-priced for what one got. It would not suit everyone though, I am a single triathlete and for me this worked brilliantly as I could come and go all day and just cook in the well equipped kitchen. I wanted for nothing for the whole 2 weeks. It was a fair way from Alicante, but not a difficult drive. Nothing was difficult. Just a brilliant 2 weeks triathlon training, pool 15 mins away and cycling and running just at the bottom of the hill. Flat roads, hilly roads a triathlete’s paradise. The photos do NOT do the place justice.

The house was clean, tidy and with everything necessary. The treatment from Paola as the man who gave us the keys was good. The development is great, with green areas and several pools. Close to the beach.

I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay here it’s exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. We will definitely return.

We've been in this area before and it's beautiful. The apartment has sea view! in general all views are beautiful from the apartment. Easy access, garage swimming pool those are advantages. In fact this is my first apartments in Spain were I didn't have issue with my allergy. This is Big advantage for me. Also worth to mention I slept there as a child. it so quiet there and calm. We really enjoyed this place. I would decide to come there once again. Thanks Ramses!

We looked through 300 apartments for our road trip through Spain and Sam and Mats's apartment was clearly the outperformer. The house is really well designed. You drive practically directly into it and go from your own parking lot to the elevator. A great apartment, well furnished, in a style that you would also choose yourself. Great location and a view like in the movie. The beds are good, the bathroom just great. Strong water pressure, hot water, all very functional. If you like to cook, you will find everything in the kitchen. Also, all appliances work very well. You can also endure it here for longer. And the terrace is actually indescribable!!

Well located, all very clean and all amenities, all appliances, A/C in every bedroom, pool, underground parking, great.

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The area is nice, what happiness! See you very soon for a fourth stay! And thank you for welcoming us to your little paradise!

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

Andres was super friendly and attentive, a great host, the apartment is perfect and very cared for, fully equipped and clean, definitely a great experience.

The apartment is great and we were very comfortable. The location is very good to visit the entire area of Cabo de Gata and specifically Las Negras has a very good atmosphere and many options of bars and restaurants. Juan Jose was very attentive and kind and I recommend local restaurants and activities. We'll be back!

A place to disconnect, super quiet. Fran went out of her way to make us good, I highly recommend it to spend a few days as a couple or with the family and relax. Thank you for everything!!!

Rosario & Antonio were great hosts & their apartment is the perfect pad for a few days by the sea. The views are incredible. Antonio greeted us & took time to explain everything about the apartment. A very welcome gift of wine & Christmas treats was left out for us, so kind & thoughtful too! Our break was unfortunately cut short but we’d definitely recommend !

Arrived home yesterday, stayed for 9 days, the apartment was so comfortable with amazing views!!! The rooftop pool was lovely and the pool area was lovely and so peaceful. You are situated in a lovely place and so close to all the restaurants, bus stop and all required amenities. Stephane was very friendly and helpful and can’t wait to return!

The apartment is just as it looks in the photos: very nice and cozy. In addition, María del Mar responds very quickly and is attentive at all times. We really enjoyed it!

Really great apartment. Everything was as described. During our stay the outdoor pool was closed, but we chose this accommodation because there was an indoor pool as well. It was very nice, but we didn't use it as preferred to drive to the beach and swim in the sea. Apart from the Mercadona and a small cafe/bar, (which was only open until 16.00), there wasn't much within sensible walking distance. We had our car which was great, but wonder how different our stay would have been without it.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in a quiet and friendly development. It is a comfortable apartment, decent size, very good internet and has a large TV with various channels for music etc. Nice comfortable bed and also a great shower in the bathroom. The large balcony was relaxing with table, chairs and a sun bed, fairy lights in the evening and great sunrises. There are great views of the beach and local area. We used the free parking space in the front car park and enjoyed the nearby shops, bars and restaurants. We really appreciated the large swimming pool and gardens which are very private at the back of the apartment. For us everything was clean, comfortable and private and had everything we needed. Jesus was always quick to reply to any queries we had. We would stay again.

The month of our stay was great! We are especially grateful for the opportunity to stay with our cat. The apartment matches the photos, great neighbors who treated us with lemons from their tree 🙂

We had a great few days. Apartment with great views of the harbor and beach. Good reception, taking care of all questions and demands. Very quick to respond and friendly. The apartment is very good, it would only be missing chairs and a more comfortable sofa.

perfect place for a winter sun get away sun on patio from 10.00am untill sun set in the west over the buildings. very peaceful setting, great view of pool, comfy matttess as I do suffer with a bad back if its a bad mattress, loads of hot running water and a great hot shower lovely area shop's, bars, beach all walkable, felt safe as its a gated property. loved every minute of my 33 night stay, weather was great to for late January 2025 and February. Kitchen well stocked with pans, crockery, cutlery kitchen gadgets. Nicholas as a superb host and responds back if you messsge him about any queries or problems. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I will definitely be going back again to get away from the British winters.
