The accommodation is good, it matches the photos. The location is ideal. Tamara was quick to respond to messages. Carlos welcomed us and explained everything to us upon arrival.

We were happy with our choice. Friendly hosts, clean, cozy apartment, has everything you need, as described. Beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the house, large supermarket nearby.

We had a nice one night stay, the apartment and surroundings are beautiful. The hosts are friendly. The only downside was very small bath towels, I thought they were hand towels.

Communication with Rebecca in advance was very good. The journey was worth it. We were so warmly welcomed and the tip for the way into the city came the very next morning. Valencia is really worth a trip and to the Las Fallas anyway. It is really highly recommended. The apartment is very quiet after the events, a real treasure.

We had a very nice time in the apartment, the place was exactly as described. Everything was neatly clean and everything we needed was present. We enjoyed the great sea view and the sun on the balcony where we could sit. The sea and shops are in walking distance, completely super. We have been there in a quiet season that made everything very relaxed and quiet. The house is located in the Paterna area of Valencia, a quiet and not central area but this does not affect the comfort; it is a complete renovation of an old mill. The apartment is perfect for those with a car because being outside the center there are no parking or traffic problems and it is about 15 minutes away. For those who, like us, moved on foot, the metro is 400 meters away and is direct from different points of the center. The house is wonderful; a spacious and modern open space. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are very clean; the house in general is very clean and well maintained. Despite the large spaces and heights, it warms up well and is really comfortable. I met Ivan at check-out, very nice, who kindly showed me all the features of the property. It is also building the swimming pool, a real treat that completes the beauty of this particular place. I thank Ivan for his kindness and recommend this property to everyone.

Despite the climate disaster in Valencia which has touched us a lot in view of the many victims, we will keep a good memory with regard to the welcome that was given to us by Enrique in Nules.

We've stayed in Maria's flat for a month. Building itself is perfectly located - only couple of blocks from the sea. It was super quite in the neighbourhood during our stay. Flat is clean and nice. It has everything that could be needed for a long stay. The terrace is awesome. It's huge and furnished. With a great sunshine view! Maria is very nice and helpful. The only thing that should be considered is that wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. But for us it was even a plus. Reading books instead of news is always a good idea :) Thank, Maria! We really enjoyed our stay.

Kelly is a super host! Very responsive to any questions I had. The place was artistic and beautiful, I enjoyed every night. The area was local and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing visit. I would 100% recommend and stay again.

Very pleasant stay in Patrick and Nelly's home. Everything is available in the accommodation and the residence in which it is located is also beautiful. Peniscola is a very friendly city where a multitude of activities are achievable. The place is really a marvel and not an excessive price given its quality. In addition, the hosts are very responsive and always available. PS: The view from the balcony of the apartment is really amazing and even more beautiful than in the photos. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!!

Thank you for the nice days in your great apartment which you have furnished with love, stylishly and harmoniously, we felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the balcony is fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for us. Short distances from the underground parking space to the apartment, excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aldi and Mercadona are within walking distance in 3 minutes. Tip, in the Mercadonna back left, food is cooked daily and various food can be taken away. We ate very well and inexpensively at the Acapulco restaurant a few steps south of the apartment towards the sea. There is local cuisine and also very delicious pizza. Too bad we have to go home already!

Very cozy place, everything is very clean and easy to get to. Ramona didn't attend super well with very clear explanations to learn more about the environment and the place. Very quiet area at this time and with the beach less than 5 min away. Walk. Thank you for allowing pets in the home.

It’s a good place to stay.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

We had a very good time, apartment the same as the photos, in the heart of Castellón where we could reach everything in a few minutes (a quarter of an hour walk to get to the station, a few minutes to be on the main streets or close to restaurants). Top cleanliness and very well stocked with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen. We are very happy and above all for quality we have spent very little!

As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

Very good location and surroundings, it is as described, a 10 for the person in charge of cleaning, we found an impeccable apartment, I recommend this apartment 100%, the guys from drayza very attentive and helpful, the kitchen very well equipped, the truth is that it is an apartment to keep in mind.

It is a beautiful place, with all the comforts and led by Mari who is super attentive to everything we need.

Great place near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood.

This accomodation, along with its included parking space, served great as a "base camp" for the family during a one week visit on the spanish east coast. Even though the apartment in itself is nothing exceptional, it's was sufficiently functional and perfect for our needs. More than enough to have a nice stay. We travelled during off-season and perceived the apartment as very good in relation to price. Great value for money. Our 3-year old enjoyed the opening in the wall between kitchen and living room (to play pretend shop). She also of course enjoyed playing on the beach which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Ismael replied quickly on communication, was flexible with the time to meet us for the check-in and arranged a crib and high chair to our baby without extra charge. Much appreciated, thanks for the stay!
