Vacation rentals in Alma

What an absolute "gem" in the woods. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Jennifer was very receptive and periodically checked "to make sure" everything was okay. The house was in a secluded and quiet wooded neighborhood. There is something to be said about enjoying a hot cup of coffee sitting and the porch and taking in the sights and sounds of autumn and the smell of the fallen leaves. The dogs had a great time exploring the fenced in yard. I have a passion for cooking and found the kitchen supplied with an abundant supply of cooking utensils and pots and pans with a large kitchen table to sit down and enjoy those dishes. Quiet time in the evenings were spent watching movies in the family rooms. The house is centrally located and never more than an hour away from our daily adventures in various areas in the state. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would gladly stay here again.

We needed to come down state for an appointment in grand rapids, Heidi's place provided a home away from home during some extremely cold temperatures! We had a comfortable stay over our 5 nights and can imagine that in the summer time the lakeside property Heidi provides would be incredible for family vacations! Thank you for everything during our stay, we particularly appreciated the local recommendations board you have in the lobby, it made finding essentials so much easier than scouring the internet!

We really enjoyed staying at Lisa’s. We unfortunately didn’t get to use many of the amenities because we were very busy while there. Hopefully you can!

Fantastic getaway for group of friends. Atmosphere and property was exactly what we needed and a good value. Very clean, updated, and had the amenities to make it a very enjoyable stay.

We feel so fortunate to have found this beautiful home, spacious enough for our kids, their spouses and our grandchildren! The kitchen is so well stocked with not only everything you’ll need for cooking, but also with spices and condiments! We will not hesitate to book this home again! Ben was so responsive to my questions and his communication was great! No complaints about this beautiful rental!

I travel for work and bring my family everywhere I go. This home was perfect for our needs and was very clean. We actually met the cleaning team and they were WONDERFUL. Everything about our stay went smoothly and amazingly. We are so grateful for our welcoming hosts and their communication. 10/10 would recommend.

Kate’s place on the lake was just what my wife and I hoped for. A beautiful, creatively decorated cottage just a few steps from the lake. Our stay was peaceful, relaxing, and quiet at night. Kate was a consummate hostess. She was always super responsive and had several excellent recommendations for local restaurants. If we are able to return to the greater Grand Rapids area next summer, Kate’s place will be at the top of our list.

Austin’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay! It was clean and easy to navigate! Austin was super responsive to all questions and very kind! We would love to visit again in the summer!
