Beautiful little apartment, furnished with a lot of love. A real oasis. We enjoyed every moment there, especially in the sauna. Lena is a very nice, helpful and uncomplicated hostess. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We spontaneously booked 2 nights (on the same day) and also received very quick feedback by phone!!/received confirmation! The contact with Klaus was great, by phone he described everything to us, how to get to the accommodation, how to get into the apartment, where we can park, etc. The apartment was easy to reach, exactly as described, very clean and easy to feel good. There were all the things you need (sheets, towels, soap, hairdryer, detergent, sponge, etc.) and even a small game collection (and a gummy bear bag for each guest as well as a water bottle, which was a nice touch). The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the center! We can definitely recommend it!

Lovely house tucked away from the main road with private parking. Very close to town, you can easily walk there in under 10 mins and very close to supermarkets and shops. The rooms are large and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Daniela was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Roswitha has responded flexibly and spontaneously to requests from us. She was always friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very large, spacious and corresponded to the pictures.

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend getaway with close friends and Manfred‘s house was the most ideal place to be. The house is perfectly located - away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to nature. The views from the house are splendid and the proximity to the lake is cherry on the top! Manfred is a great host, was available to communicate when we needed him. The house was clean and cozy and we felt absolutely at home here. We have great memories here and will definitely recommend and love to visit again! Thank you :)

Great great place There was really nothing missing and it was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very cozy and also the rest of the apartment was cozy. The bathroom is not particularly suitable for small people:) (mirror, shower shower), but it has served its purpose The garden is simply world class The view, the great herbs, the vegetables and fruits....etc. The bow set was particularly well received by my daughter and husband. The fireplace is also really nice. There are plenty of heaters or fireplaces in each room, so you don't have to worry about too cold rooms even with a baby. Last but not least, the super service. The instructions in advance were top-notch and foolproof. The tips for excursions and restaurants have also been really helpful. Andreas is a very friendly and conscientious landlord We will be back!

The house - in a nice vintage style - is in a beautiful area, near Winterberg. With a fifteen-minute drive you are at the slopes, where you can easily park. There are several restaurants on the same street as the house, but it is otherwise nice and quiet. Due to circumstances, we were there a day shorter and less than planned with one family member; we would also have liked to visit the suspension bridge nearby and skied for an extra day. Hopefully we can get back to the resit soon. Host Daan is fantastic; nice, fast communication and super helpful. Thank you!

We were with friends and a toddler at Ludwig's and we didn't miss anything. Ludwig warmly received us, explained and showed us everything important and was always available when we had questions. It was a nice long weekend. We will be happy to come back.

Already during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to best get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and briefed on the special features of the localities (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also responded to our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very pleasant and can definitely be recommended.

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

The property and the hosts were extremely pleasant and friendly. Despite small delays in picking up on the last day, everything was resolved with understanding. The stylish decor rounded off the stay perfectly. We definitely recommend!

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. On the arrival day 23.2.2025 the sun shone and we could enjoy our arrival drink on the balcony in the sun. Super. in the apartment there was everything needed, even tea, coffee and spices. The beds were wonderful. So we slept well. There is much to do in the surrounding area, so we certainly didn't get bored.

Unfortunately, we were only in Elspe for a weekend with our boys (6 and 9). The very nice apartment was larger than expected, super clean and well equipped. Value for money was good, very nice reception in a quiet environment. Ice cream parlor, supermarket and snack bar within walking distance, in the other direction you are about 3 minutes in meadows and fields. 150% recommendation, 100% we will book again but then stay a few days.
