Amazing location. Beautiful home next to all of the local winereies and breweries. Highly recommend staying.

We are repeat customers for Jason and will be back next year. Jason allowed us to check in early and was extremely helpful with everything we needed. We even forgot something, and Jason went above and beyond to mail the item to me. Thank you, Jason! The location is ideal for steelhead fishing. It is right by the water and a close drive to others. The hot tub is a nice treat after fishing all day. Great kitchen to cook all meals to maximize fishing. Great stay! Thank you Jason! See you next year!

Cheryl's place was great, with lots of thoughtful amenities like snacks, extra toothbrushes and other toiletries, toys & games, etc. It was also clean, and had an easy check in. Great stay overall! One note is that the house is directly on a busy road, but there is also a large back yard if you have kids that need to burn some energy.

This was our second stay. We love the place and location. It’s so peaceful to wake up on the river. The beds here are so comfortable! We hope to stay again sometime!!!!

House was in great shape, comfortable beds, everything we could need in the kitchen, loved having a wood burning fireplace. Also, so many towels! I hate when there's not enough towels but Anthony took care of us!

Place was great. My brothers and I went out there for one overnight so we could ski two days at Holiday Valley and brought our dog. Great location and value and they even worked with us as far as flexibility on check-in and checkout. We were unaware that the hosts occupied the house upstairs until they let us know that they brought in our Chinese food delivery right before we arrived. That being said, they were very unobtrusive. Would rent there again.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful apartment. Addie provides everything you might have forgotten at home to make your stay enjoyable. She responds quickly to any emails The suite is located on a gorgeous peace of property with a few different options for guests to enjoy the view. Inside is a high quality large couch, great mattress, large shower and full kitchen. Addie has created a true retreat. Everything about our stay was top notch.

Bonita was super friendly and helpful. The hot tub was perfect and the pool table was super fun. Wish we could have used the fire pit and watch the wild life, but the weather just wasn’t giving us the opportunity. Definitely a good place to just relax in the winter days. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jenny’s place! We’ve been to Airbnb’s all over the country and this is in our top five! The house is equipped with everything you will need for your stay! Jenny’s attention to detail is fantastic! Her and her husband were both very attentive and great communication! The lighting in this house is phenomenal. You can change the mood and five within seconds. We will definitely stay here again! If you’re going to Erie Pennsylvania, this is where you want to stay hands-down🫶🏼✨

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

We very much enjoyed our stay. This is our second visit and favorite place. The home easily accommodated our large local family for Thanksgiving and other meals, yet it was cozy too. We have enjoyed making many family memories together.

Michael’s place was as described, clean and has everything that you need. A beautiful place and beautiful setting. I only stayed 2 nights and found myself wishing that I have stayed longer which will be the plan next time I stay. Michael responded quickly with anything that I needed. 5 stars all the way.

We enjoyed the cabin while exploring the trout streams in the area. The place was clean and had all we needed to make meals. There is a little tavern just a few minutes from the place too. Safe area and great host!

This cozy remote cabin was the perfect place to relax. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and watching the squirrels. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice discovery. We were thrilled to find that the driveway had been plowed and the wood stove was burning, making the home warm upon our arrival. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Very roomy, clean and close to everything of interest

We had a fantastic stay at Merv’s property! Everything about this trip was wonderful, from the peaceful surroundings to the spacious and comfortable accommodations. My husband and I truly enjoyed our little getaway and couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect, and we’re already hoping to return in the future with our children and family to enjoy them even more. A special thank you to Merv for his kindness and willingness to accommodate our request for a late check-out—it made our trip even more relaxing. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to unwind.

Nitin’s place is phenomenal - a rare find in the middle of the woods but packed to the gills with all amenities needed for a cozy stay. Despite going in winter with a lot of snow, we felt warm and cozy in the cabin itself. And the stars were visible from the yard itself - meaning we didn’t have to go a couple of miles to the actual observation field. Highly recommend this place!
