Vacation rentals in Allegan County

The Nook was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Erin was so kind and went out of her way to make sure we had a very pleasant stay! The place was so cute and peaceful! Perfect spot for a couple. We found some amazing restaurants and antique shops ! Everything was so close to the Nook!

The location of this Airbnb is 10/10! We only used our car once to drive to Oval beach, we walked everywhere else. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, on the inside and out.

What can we say but, WOW!!! The house was wonderful. Great accommodations for two families with a bunch of kiddos. Everything was as described. What they don’t give enough credit to is how cozy the house is. It just felt like a home away from home. The views from the 3rd floor looking out onto the water were stunning. Mixed with the fall foliage was a hard scene to beat. The beach walk was right down the street and the lighthouse is worth the walk. Owners were super responsive and all the directions and accommodations were as described and more. We definitely plan to visit again!

What a wonderful place to spend a few days with our children and grandchildren. It was welcoming and had everything that we needed and more. This place is so kid-friendly with the games and toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we forgot to bring, (spices, oil, etc.). The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. I would love to come back in the summer because the garage is filled with everything you need to enjoy the pool, beach or backyard. I am hoping we can visit Idlewood Cottage again in the future. Beautiful place for family and friends to gather. Had a great time of sharing food, fun and fellowship along with many laughs. Our friendships grew stonger and better spending a weekend together playing games, doing a craft, singing and dancing and thanking God for bringing us together and keeping us together for over 15 years of friendship.

We really enjoyed our stay in Douglas. This house was close to town and took just a couple minutes to drive into Saugatuck. Joanna's house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable! The host was very easy to communicate with and she even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! This would have been a perfect place to bring our dog. It has a big beautiful backyard and a lot of little extras like dog beds, blankets and even dog dishes for them. It made me wish we would've brought our dog with us, maybe next time. I have to say, even though this is a dog friendly house, there are NO signs of other dogs staying here. No doggie smells or dog hair found anywhere! So, even if you don't bring (or have) a dog, this is a perfect house to stay in! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Tony’s! We felt immediately at home. Check-in was super simple and the rooms were clean and ready for use. Kitchen, living space, and backyard had everything we could need! Tony was very responsive. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Sanctuary Woods Estate is very large yet so cozy and comfortable. So much space for our 10 guests and plenty of activities for the school-aged children. Outdoor areas are awesome too. We were so happy with the cleanliness of the home and it’s very well stocked with all essentials. Stayed three nights but wish we could stay much longer. I definitely recommend this house to everyone, and you’ll want to bring your family and friends to experience the peacefulness and tranquility. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood also.
