we had another aweso.e stay and felt very welcomed. it was our 2nd time staying there. Michael & his team are awesome with communication and rate them a d the place very high.

The views here are truly breathtaking, far surpassing expectations—especially on days with a bright blue sky or during clear, star-filled nights. The natural surroundings are a delight, with occasional sightings of majestic bald eagles, graceful ospreys, and, if you’re fortunate, the soothing “whoo” of an owl in the distance. The hot tub experience is made even better with clear and thoughtful instructions, ensuring effortless relaxation. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, adding a touch of charm and serenity to the property. For entertainment, the multimedia setup via Roku is intuitive and guest-friendly, with an easy process for managing accounts. Every detail has been considered, making this a truly exceptional getaway.

Beautiful home in a stunning location. Very well equipped with the most clean towels I’ve ever seen in a home! Riding the ferry to Edmonds was a highlight along with seeing bald eagles from the backyard!

This place is very special. It’s like coming to grandma’s house! It has so much personality. If you’re looking for a modern luxurious home, this location is not for you. But if you you’re hoping for an incredibly peaceful place with a jaw dropping view of the Puget Sound, it’s here. From the high point on the expansive property, we were able to get a great view of Mt. Rainier. We could see the Cascades and Mt. Baker from the wonderful windows in the house, as well as boats traveling down the Sound. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and cozy home. We would definitely stay here again!

This home on the Sound at Rocky Point was awesome. The feeling of being so close to the water was constantly refreshing. We had a fire in the fire pit, which is basically six feet from the edge of the water, every night and being out there was really nice. The bed in the master is too soft and could probably use a new mattress, and there was sap on the outdoor chairs down by the water, which ended up on pants and long-sleeve shirt elbows. But those are minor issues and don't prevent a rave review from me. The communication from Stephen was prompt and helpful. If you're coming to play golf, Gold Mountain and McCormick Woods are only 15 minutes away. This is a great place to stay!

Gorgeous home, unbeatable views. Our stay was so enjoyable and comfortable, the house was spacious and well apportioned. The beach was fantastic. Amazing neighborhood, both quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. Super responsive hosts and super helpful as we forgot a few items.

Beautiful house, plenty of amenities, great cabin feel!

Our family had an outstanding stay in the condo! The location was fantastic. To be within walking distance to the convention center while also being right around the corner from Pike’s Place Market and so many other great activities made this an ideal spot for our Seattle vacation/conference. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all in excellent condition. Building staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have free parking for our rental car so that we could enjoy day trips to Olympic National Park and north Seattle area. It was great to be able to come back to the condo and just relax and enjoy a fantastic view of the Puget Sound and the Market. Highly recommend!

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Debi and Russell truly are super hosts! They welcomed us at check in to walk through the unique amenities like the indoor pool, and had us set up with everything for making s’mores at the fire pit. The robes and slippers were a nice touch that made it extra comfortable. If you want a memorable and fun experience with easy access to a private pool, I highly recommend this place! It was also immaculately clean!

I recently stayed at this fantastic house in Shoreline, WA, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The highlight was the breathtaking view of Puget Sound—each morning, we were greeted with a stunning panorama that made our stay unforgettable. The house was incredibly well-suited for our family, especially with teens. The layout and amenities were perfect for keeping everyone entertained and comfortable. We particularly loved the chef-style kitchen, which allowed us to prepare and enjoy most of our meals together while soaking in the amazing view. The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently close to local attractions and yet nestled in a serene spot that made us feel like we were away from it all. If you're here on Saturday, don't forget to visit the Edmonds Farmer's Market. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Cas’,s place was fantastic. It was exactly what me and my family wanted. We enjoyed all the wonderful amenities, from the hot tub, sauna, massage chair, massive tv. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Waking up to fresh ocean air, and beautiful views was amazing. We also made a huge meal in completely equipped kitchen with a commercial stove!! We would love to stay here again, and am planning another event here in the Summer.

Iris was very responsive and helped with anything we needed during our stay. It was a lovely home and great for a much needed summer family vacation. Will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Cody and David are great! I stayed here for a little over a month while I looked for permanent housing in the area and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend to others. It's just as nice as the pictures and previous reviews indicate. They're good people and I missed interacting with them once I'd left.

This house served as our last minute Christmas holiday HQ, and it did not disappoint. We arrived Christmas Eve to find a lovely lit tree in the living room, framed by huge walk out windows framing Puget Sound and the passing Bremerton ferry. Hosts were also proactive, super responsive , friendly and flexible! I grew up in the area and had no idea this place existed. Hosts were clear about the long wooded road in but it added to the ambiance—feels like you're on planet Endor with lush greenery and old growth trees. It's one of the few areas of Bremerton that hasn't been heavily developed so if you're looking for privacy and a place to cozy up on the waterfront, highly recommend!

The location is really fantastic, right at Alki beach with great walks and lots of restaurants. The house is super cute and comfortable. Everything is sparkling clean and works without a hitch!

The house was immaculate and ever better than the pictures. Views were beautiful. Best in the area! The house came equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday. She responded within minutes to all inquiries. Highly recommended staying here!

Candace is an excellent host. Easy to work with and quick to respond. Her place was spotless, comfortable, and a great location. It was the perfect place for a weekend in Seattle. West Seattle is beautiful.

What a wonderful house and location to spend a few days relaxing. The views from the house are incredible and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a two minute walk from the house and there are also several areas to walk to enjoy the beauty of the area. Kimbra was so responsive before and throughout our stay and made us feel right at home. We can't wait to go back again and enjoy such a wonderful setting and house.

This place is just AMAZING! We rented this home to be "base" for our daughters wedding. From beginning to end, it far exceeded our expectations!! The home is just beautiful and spacious and really cannot say enough about the views!!! Just stunning. We were able to do all our activities (from hosting a dinner party to having all the bridesmaids do hair/makeup) with ease. We loved the spacious gathering areas inside and outside that were comfy and beautiful. We definitely would love to come back because the only thing we were sad about was that we were so busy all 4 days with wedding activities we didn't get to enjoy the house to the maximum. :) Love this property and the host.

Stunning location with a lot of amenities! I would love to come back in the summer time. The host was proactive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was flexible with check-in. Would highly recommend for a getaway on the water!
