Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

Everything is just as it appears in the photos. Liubov gives many check-in and check-out facilities according to your schedule, which is greatly appreciated. Definitely recommended!

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Two balconies, then You always have a private place with the sun where you can relax. Good kitchen with microwave, which you can use as a grill. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Neighbors are not heard, unless they make a loud noise in the middle of the night. Beautiful pool and some cute fluffy pets on the around (cats). Near the stunning hiking trail with a very beautiful view, private parking and multiple Chair of supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

Everything is great Natalija super friendly and I really recommend it in a closed eye,everything is super nice. I felt right at home,thank you for everything and I would like to repeat.

Lovely apartment, central to shops and beach (10-15mins walk), pool was nice for the children. The outdoor bbq area provided a nice place to chill in-between lunch/ beach and siesta. Accessible small private car park within the compound of the property. The host is very accommodating and prompt to requests - providing us with beach towels and extended our stay on requests (we had a late flight back). Would definitely recommend our stay, and would come back to it again.

I’ll start with the negative, and it’s not something that can be helped, but there is construction work happening on the apartment building, so it was not easy for us access the road and the apartment when we arrived, due to the vehicles and fences. Also, the men started work on the building early each morning, so there was lots of noise from construction vehicles moving in the road, hammering and drilling. The last day was so bad my son had to wear headphones because the noise was too loud and upset him. Now the great points! Amazing location at the foot of the castle. Walkable to the beach and supermarket, also the impressive museum and play parks for kids all in a few minutes walk. Alicante is a wonderful city! The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Quiet courtyard for sitting with your coffee. Excellent facilities for cooking at home. The garage and parking space is only suitable for a small car, it’s fine for me, but if you’re in a big SUV or you’re a nervous driver, avoid it.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

My partner, my parents-in-law and I had a wonderful stay at Cathy's Appartement at Cumbre del Sol. The view blew us away when we walked in on our first day. It is clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. The location is stunning and close enough to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, hikes, etc. Absolutely recommended this accommodation and Cathy as your superhost!

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

New apartment, all clean and nice inside. Location is great, many restaurants and supermarket around and only 12 min. walk to beach. Great WIFI, good shower and new bed. I will come here again.

Nice little apartment. Close to the cabo roig strip where there plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is not that far off.

Unbeatable place to seek tranquility with an amazing view of Calpe. Spectacular pool and environment with freedom to park. All very well equipped and clean. Apart from the center but very well connected and with services very close by. Nothing was missing inside the apartment, very complete (iron, dishwasher, dryer, etc…) Anna was very attentive every time I sent her a message.
