Host was very responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond trying to accommodate us. Apartment is centrally located and well appointed.

The stay in the accommodation was 10. From the minute one I talked to him to ask him about the place, he answered at the moment, without delay. Always super responsive to everything, from before booking and after booking even more. About accommodation to say that everything was great had even to the slightest detail, what he describes and teaches in the photos is what it is, it is amazing. The garage space is a plus. And the location is perfect. She is a great hostess left us for breakfast (croissant, mold bread, milk, jam, butter, colacao, coffee capsules..), all in every detail, a wonder. Older, he left us maps of Bilbao and recommendations for restaurants, tapas bars, drinks bars, and ambience areas, is a detail. And commenting that we had a problem with the heater, a radiator stopped working, we told him,and the next day he showed up and solved it for us. He put another one so that we were agusto. Thanks for making us feel like home.

Spectacular House very well-equipped, and in very good taste. The location is perfect, in a super quiet neighborhood with supermarkets and cafes and very close to the stairs and elevator that put us in the Casco Viejo. We were left with bread, butter, eggs and candy for breakfast. The fact that you can park the car in the garage is a big plus.

We stayed 3 days to get to know Bilbao better. The apartment is in the old town, very close to the pinchos area, the Arriaga Theater, the Ría and the Mercado de la Rivera. The street is pedestrian, with a tram stop less than 5 minutes away. It has everything to be like in your own home and José Ramón has been attentive to everything we could need. As a complement to the garage, even if it is not in the same building, it is fantastic for car carefree. Worth repeating.

The stay was short, but it was very good. With us. It was with understandable, since we were arriving at a late hour he offered us more things than I said I would love to get more people like that

We were all very satisfied with our trip. Amazingly clean. The check-in instructions are very clear and accurate, we had no difficulty finding and coming back. I would recommend the place and these hosts 100%, I would not hesitate to come back.

Ainara's place was an ideal spot for my first visit to Bilbao. She was the perfect host—friendly, responsive, and full of excellent suggestions for excursions outside downtown Bilbao. She was also very accommodating throughout my entire stay. The flat had everything I needed: a well-stocked kitchen, nice towels and linens, fast internet, and very comfortable, peaceful sleeping quarters. The location is great too—right next to a park with beautiful views of downtown Bilbao. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again the next time I visit Bilbao!

Our stay has been very pleasant. Irune was always attentive to our needs. The apartment is beautiful, it was totally new, with all the comforts and spectacular views. The enclave in which it is located is an authentic wonder, right at the mouth of the Laida ria within the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. For lovers of surfing, tranquility or nature is a perfect place.

Lovely, renovated, clean and cosy apartment, quiet, but very close to the old town and tram and bus nearby. There is a pet bird at a neighbour’s house that makes you feel even more welcome because of its happy happy whistles (online during the day). Very modern apartment with lots of room - it was nice to have two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to everything interesting to see in the city. It was a great 2 nights stay for us and a great value overall.

It is located in a beautiful village near the supermarket with its own parking and a short time from both Santander and Bilbao. The house is clean and cozy.

A big thank you! Very nice apartment ideally located , easy to access , quiet and close to the river and the city center. Very clean, perfectly equipped , neat . Intimate . The garden area is a plus even in this season , also for the dog! Our very responsive hostess sent us many restaurant addresses and also the supermarket for shopping the day before. We will be back!

This is an amazing host and a great place to stay. Having parking included is a wonderful thing. The parking is a little complicated the first time around but it gets easier with use. The walk from garage to apartment is about 7 minutes. Worth every penny.

A very well equipped apartment, and with taste, washing machine, large capacity refrigerator, gas kitchen with three fires bathroom with jacuzi all rooms with windows to the street parking inside. Good road communication and nearby hiking roads. In short, good value for money

The host was always very friendly and answered all my doubts. The apartment is better than the pictures ! It has amazing views, if you stay here I recommend seeing the sunrise, it's very nice! I would choose this apartment again.

Unbeatable stay on Christmas days. We were 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children and the house is perfect for that number of people. The place is renovated and has all the amenities we need, everything in perfect condition. And that, due to the weather, we couldn't enjoy the garden. Still, a very good experience.
