We had a wonderful time at your apartment, and everything worked perfectly for the holiday of two families, each with two kids. The planning of the space was excellent—the kids loved staying on the top floor while the parents enjoyed their separate bedrooms. The spacious area for meals and fun together was a true highlight. Instructions about local facilities were very helpful, and the location of the flat itself is super convenient.

Marina was a fantastic host! The place was gorgeous, super clean, and comfortable. Check in was very easy and they provided great recommendations. We did have some difficulties getting around, since places like the beach and old town were longer to get to than we thought. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

Just back from a fabulous week at Liz’s wonderful house. The place looks just as lovely as the photos. Easy to get to from the airport via metro and tram. Lots of places to eat nearby. Great communication with the hosts and everything you need for a fantastic stay! Will definitely be back.

Spacious and modernized villa, with many services and details. We were very comfortable as a family. I'm sure on other dates the pool would have used the pool every day, but on Christmas it wasn't important. Thanks to Frederic and Nadine who have been very attentive and flexible.

Ellen is a very welcoming host. Your house (we had the upper apartment) with the huge balcony is a dream. Very spacious and high-quality furnishings. The garden is well maintained, the terrace by the pool is very nice, cozy. We were also able to use the pool. We will be happy to return.

Angela is a great host. The apartment is very nice and large. It easily accommodated our family. Beach is very close as well (however for more sandy one it is worth to take 5 mins extra walk)

Everything was perfect! Accommodation of impeccable cleanliness with all the essentials for a great stay (hygiene products, towels, coffee and condiments). The living room is very large and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is fine. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. Perfect welcome, Magda is an extraordinary kindness. Air conditioning is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It allows you to spend a night in the cool which is very nice with the heat. The views are simply beautiful! The garage next to the apartment with the private space is a real plus even if we had no worries about parking in front of the apartment. Perfect value for money! We will come back without hesitation!
