I loved the place, I went with my husband on our honeymoon, the place is spacious, clean, it is in front of the beach, a beautiful view of the sea, the place is fully equipped to cook, it has a perfect jacuzzi to relax, leaving the condominium there was an amusement park, businesses, it has bus stops nearby, it is warm, if it were not for the mosquitoes that attack at night it would be more than perfect, But a very nice experience, Eliana and Carolina are super attentive, friendly, excellent place

First of all Adela as a wonderful host, very close, concerned, very willing. The apartment is spotless, very nice decorated, cozy, with a beautiful view, it is also very well located you can reach restaurants, beach, artisanal fairs, cashier, supermarket and others walking without a problem, depending on what you are looking you can walk between 10 and 20 minutes. The condominium is very safe and its staff is very friendly, my children moved freely around this one, without the worry that something could happen to them. Very good decision to have leased the Adela department, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent stay at the house of Matias and Carolina. The 2 were very concerned at all times with maintaining communication and clear and timely instructions. the house is as mentioned in the publication. Upon arrival we find everything impeccable. very nice place to rest, I went with my children of 3 months and 3 years and it is definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

The place is as it appears in the photos. Clean and with everything you need for a good stay. We were taken care of very well from the arrival to the residential complex. Neruda's house can be reached walking and there is also a well stocked supermarket nearby. It is very good to stay there since everything is like new. Comfortable, private and safe. If we go to Black Island again we will repeat.

Tunquén is wonderful, every day we can get away is an option close to Stgo, sheltered and safe. Ximena's house, very comfortable to go with our pet meeting our expectations. We will definitely be back.

Everything is very good! Pool was with filter timer, we thought it was bad but Cristobal responded and helped right away, the house and patio spotless. There was a smell problem completely foreign to Cristobal and it helped us fix by sending a person, If not for that, 10/10. So 9/10 !!

Excellent, our stay was 100% rest, beautiful view, we enjoyed the pool with the children. The garden has eucalyptus trees where the kids played despite the slope, it was quite an adventure for them. Felipe, great host , always attentive to wsapp, the two times I wrote to him because of a problem he solved it proactively the same day. Always sending us useful information. It was a pleasant surprise to find a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. To improve: -It would be useful for the description to specify the distance to the beaches of algarrobo and Quintay since they are 25-30 min by car. To the beach of Tunquen, if you are going on foot, from the condominium it is 1.20h. - The en-suite bathroom has a loud sound when you throw the chain, I mentioned it to Felipe, sure for the next it will be fixed. - Some mattresses need replacement. - The kitchen does not have an oven, only an electric one, also wouldn't play and would add more lozes and cutlery. The rest is perfect! Thanks Felipe!

Very nice place. The beautiful apartment! The facilities of the entrepreneurship are great!!!! there are many activities, including restaurant, that make it not necessary to leave the property although the area is very nice and worth walking and getting to know it. The beach is not suitable for bathing since the waves are dangerous but the beach is very nice to have a very good time. We had a great time!!!!
