Villa vacation rentals in Alfama, Lisbon

Nice villa with plenty of rooms and space. We were there in the winter and the building was a bit cold because it doesn’t have a central heating system. Just space heaters. Had some power issues because we were using them all, but we got it sorted. Jacuzzi was a welcomed gift each evening after exploring the coastlines each day. Hosts were responsive to address issues as best as they could.

My stay was great and the photos in the description are exactly what you get. Very nice private place great for a big group and the person who helped check us in was great and very responsive. I would definitely book here again if I come back to Lisbon.

We really liked Anabela's house. It's cozy and bright. There's an inner courtyard where you can relax and have a barbecue. The house has everything you need - kitchenware, dishes, towels, and so on. Anabela herself greeted us and was very welcoming and sweet! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

The house was just as described. Despite being in a fairly built up area, it was easy to get to and has its own parking. The villa was a lovely size for the 6 adults in our group, with good bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen and living room. The outside areas were equally well stocked with garden furniture, places to eat and a pool big enough to cool down in. Our host, Manuela, was extremely helpful, quick to respond to correspondence and very helpful with local information. All in, a cracking stay in a lovely villa with some fantastic weather to boot. What's not to like?

We really had a great stay at Laura's place. It's like a little paradise in the middle of the city. Its house is superb and the garden is fantastic since we were able to have all our meals on the terrace ... and our 3 boys were able to run behind the rabbits and the hamster 🙂 The house is very large and very well equipped ... even better than at home in Paris! We have 3 bathrooms ... which was wide for us 5. In short - an address that we enjoyed very much and that we recommend with eyes closed. Laura even allowed us to taste her liquors ... which we were sure to do once the kids were in bed.

We had an amazing time celebrating my friend’s birthday in the villa. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Whatever questions we had, they replied us without delay. The facilities are excellent, including the beautiful fireplace in the living room and the additional accommodation options in separate cottages within the property. The villa is in a very safe and secure area. It’s just 15 mins walk away from the beach and a lovely fish restaurant. We had a fantastic time there. Thank you so much Margarida and Joao!

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

This is a beautiful place, very peaceful with mountain and valley views. We spent a wonderful Christmas week here. The kitchen is well-equipped, bathrooms clean and modern and beds were comfy. The location is excellent, easily accessible to Setubal and the town of Azeitao with plenty of restaurants. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and spacious house, perfect for a large family like ours. All the rooms were of equal size, with fantastic bathrooms and a beautiful view that really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The house was well-equipped, and the team managing the property was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning. While it wasn’t an issue for us in October, it might be uncomfortable during the summer. I would suggest adding electric devices for mosquitos, as it would enhance the experience even more. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Susana’s place. The house is massive and even with 6 adults and 2 children there was plenty of space for everyone and each couple/family could have their own bathroom. The patio is a perfect sun trap and our kids loved the pool and trampoline. The nearby town is about a 15 minute walk and has a small but well stocked supermarket and some good restaurants. We would love to stay again.

We had an amazing stay with family and friends at Luis's place. The pool and deck area was absolutely stunning and all of the bedrooms allowed for everyone to have their own space and settle in. There were a few 'new listing' things but Luis was very helpful and receptive and sorted them right away. The pool was very clean and we all enjoyed it. The kitchen is made for big groups and the dining area was amazing for big family dinners. The beach is just down the road and it's a short walk to the nearest grocery store. Easy access to the train station and green space. I would absolutely rent here again, especially with a big family group.

Fabulous villa a short drive from Lisbon and the Caparica coast and beaches. Five big bedrooms, two with en-suites, plus further two bathrooms and poolside loo. Modern, well-equipped, open plan kitchen/breakfast/dining room. Massive TV with Netflix etc. and super fast broadband. Luis is a fantastic host. We had a small water leak, which he responded to immediately and arrived within a few hours, with a plumber who fixed it straight away. We were happy to meet Luis and his sister, who welcomed us and waited for us graciously, when we were delayed an hour on arrival. Definitely recommend you book this wonderful place.

Lovely place. The apartment itself is historic and very large. The neighborhood is very ‘authentic’. We loved the swimming pool which is actually for swimming lanes! And Ricardo was super helpful with many good recommendations

A great place in beautiful surroundings. Claudia was very attentive and caring, which made our experience outstanding. We will definitely come back.
