Jean was an amazing host, helping us to book transfers and water taxis and generally being a delight to say hello to. The property and location are great, with memorable sunrises to be had for those up early!

We absolutely loved this place!! It was definitely our favourite accomodation so far. We had such a great time tripping around the different villages during the day and coming back for a drink in the jacuzzi to unwind. The views were amazing, bed was comfy and it had everything we needed! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting lake Atitlan ☺️

My colleague and I came for a work trip but also had a few days to relax and enjoy San Marcos. We truly had a gem in paradise with tremendous views and peaceful decor on the inside. Augustus was so helpful with everything and made us feel right at home.

Joshua’s home was a paradise getaway. The views of Lake Atitlan from almost every angle were captivating. The architecture of the villa was an art of its own. The house manager & his son were incredibly helpful, gracious, & much appreciated in every way! & what a lovely experience it was to be boat taxied into town and back. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and kitchen came equipped with anything you could need. We hope to return at some point, a definite recommend.

This place exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The living space is spacious and breathtaking, with a stunning yard that offers an unobstructed view of the volcano. The kitchen was fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings cooking dinner and grilling on the barbecue. Every night, we used the temazcal (like a sauna), which made our stay even more special. Lesley and the groundskeeper were incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Lesley also shared local recommendations and kept us informed about daily events in San Marcos. An unforgettable stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very quiet but only a few minutes from the centre of Antigua with all the restaurants and cafes. Hosts were really communicative and accommodating when our arrival was delayed. A great stay.

The house is very beautiful. A lovely design and filled with beautiful touches and artwork. An amazing view off the veranda, and the gardens are relaxing and full of birds. We all enjoyed the clean pool very much too. Overall it was an amazing place to relax and recharge. There is a walk up to the local village of Santa Clara or tuk tuks to take you up the hill, and the village has a produce market on Saturdays. We also recommend CECAP for great meals with the best view, as well as fair trade traditional handicrafts. It was easy to get a boat at the public dock. It’s probably easiest to arrange your own driver and boat to the private dock as then it’s easy to contact them if they do not turn up or know where to go (problems we had through no fault of the host). Definitely shop in Pana as the shops are very small in Santa Clara. Be aware it was hazy every day for 6 days and apparently this is common in April (or other months too?) because of cane burning. We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. Jorge was an amazing host and must try if staying in Lake Atitlan. Ill start off by saying the process was smooth, I was coming in from Panajachel which, Jorge also assisted with the Private boat ride to the private dock right in front of the property which by the way was an amazing experience and view just to get to the property. When pulling up to the dock housekeeper was waiting for us to welcome us and show us the property, house keeper also provided some wood for the fireplace which we used on two separate nights. I felt bad at times because how often I would reach out to Jorge for recommendations and assistance for things that were local, he literally treated our group like a resort concierge but he didn't mind and was very helpful and responsive. Overall the stay was an amazing experience and would definitely go back. Jorge was an amazing house and Thanks again.
