This is a great place for relaxation, away from noice and disturbance. Room has everything needed, and Miguel was very helpful whenver I had a request for improvement.

We had a wonderful time in Alcudia and enjoyed the first holiday with our little daughter very much! The apartment is perfect for couples, but also with a (small)child/baby. Akim was super accessible, kind and helpful. The location is unbeatable, in 5 minutes you are by the sea. We really enjoyed staying at the nice neighborhood and would come back anytime!

Highly recommended! We immediately felt comfortable in the very nice and very clean apartment. Everything you need is available. Location is absolutely top - overlooking the sea. Very good starting point to explore the island. Parking situation in February very relaxed. Antonio was always available for questions and always responded very quickly. It is very important to him that you feel comfortable. We would book the apartment again anytime.

The Airbnb has exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than in the photos! The view was fantastic and the apartment clean and well appointed. In the surrounding area there is also everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants,...) and the place is perfect for resting and walking. Martina was also always available and very helpful. Thank you so much I hope we will come back soon!

We returned to an area we know well so knew what to expect. We had a lovely stay and Claudia was a great host.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

If you don't need a pool, no elevator and no 24 hours service, this is the best you can get there. Beautiful garden that borders the beach. The breakfast and the other dishes are incredibly delicious. Thank you very much to everyone. We'll be back for sure. Regards, Michael

Amazing place to stay, host is friendly and always in touch in case of any questions. There is parking slot near the apartment and easy check in/out. Defiantly recommend to stay here

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Very kind, fast in answering and hospitable

Lovely place, just a few steps from the beach, another beach just round the corner and shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes. In case people aren’t aware (I was) this resort totally closes on (around) October 31st and becomes a ghost town until Easter - all shops, restaurants, hotels shut (except for maybe one or two restaurants that open on weekends) - out of season a car is essential here.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this spotless apartment! The location is ideal, and the place is not only clean and spacious, but also perfectly equipped with everything you need. A real comfort, I would recommend it without hesitation!

We had an amazing stay at Can Fressa and I can highly recommend staying here. Helga goes out of her way to make sure her guests are having a good stay, we felt like we could really just relax and enjoy our holiday here. We will definitely be back.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. We were met by Joan's parents who were a delight and provided us with tips on the local area. The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet street off the beach road, just a 5 minute walk to a great sandy beach with amazing views of the bay. The apartment has all the amenities you'll need. The swimming pool is secluded and great if you want some chill time away from the beach. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into town, along the seafront, where you'll find a good selection of restaurants. However we can highly recommend 'Siurell', which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, on the beach road, on the way to Puerto Pollenca.

Matthias and Martin were always available for us. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. Parking on site was great. The kitchen was equipped with spices and water as standard. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. In the meantime, a third friend visited us for a few days, also clarifying and organizing this was not an issue. The pool and outdoor facilities were amazing. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all corners of the island.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirjam's place. Such a lovely flat, very spacious with a balcony. The building had a nice terrace on the rooftop with amazing view of the sea. I would recommend. Mirjam was the most helpful with recommendations or any other queries I had. I would definitely stay again.
