Vacation rentals with a patio in Alcudia beach

We had never been to Majorca before - A friend recommended that we stay in Port de Pollenca to get the sunrise. The apartment was well placed at the quieter end of the Pine Walk with a tiny beach in front. The area was so peaceful first thing in the morning when you got up and we watched many beautiful sunrises. Lots of restaurants but we enjoyed the Eroski supermarket for the fresh fish counter. We hired a car and it was easy to get around and we were well placed for lots of amazing trips out, walking is great too. The Apartment was so well equipped we did not need anything that wasn't there. Lovely bed linen, Towels, beach towels, sun umbrella, beach mats and chairs. Shopping bags and even an umbrella for the odd October shower. We had a great holiday thank you.

Antonia's place is spacious, quiet, very pleasant and super well-equipped! There were even games on the beach that made our kids happy. It is also ideally located for enjoying the port of Pollença as well as discovering the beautiful surrounding area. We highly recommend this apartment where we already plan to come back:-) also, Antonia was a perfect host, very available and accommodating. Everything was great, thankyou

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher!), good cooking utensils and a new bathroom. 2 balconies and great pool. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend :) Only downside: the beds make a lot of noise when you turn around, waking up our baby constantly... Also chairs outside are really not comfortable.

pleasant stay at Nathalia's,the accommodation matches the description of the listing, close to everything, we were advised and welcomed. amenities level there is everything for a pleasant stay. The water fountain and washing machine are a plus 🙂

The apartment is in a large residential complex. There are 2 elevators. The kitchen is very well equipped. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Clean and modern bathroom with washing machine. Large and comfortable double bed. Large smart TV. There is ample parking. Of course, it's also possible without a car. The bus runs 5 minutes away.

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

We were there for 1 week and the view was definitely the highlight! Every day you see the sunrise and you eat your breakfast with a view of the sea! Communication was very easy, they responded quickly and were totally helpful and kept asking if we needed anything. We felt very well looked after. Thank you Roger for your kindness! The apartment was a good size, very clean and we felt very comfortable. There are all the stores nearby and most importantly you can always find a parking space. We would definitely come back again.

Really good value for money, 1 min walking from the large, childfriendly beach of Alcudia. The balcony has beach and sea view. The appartment was very clean, smelled nice and is very convenient, with 2 large bedrooms and a cozy livingroom. The bathroom and kitchen are somewhat old, but everything you want is there, including dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We really enjoyed our stay, with 2 kids (2 yrs and 4 months old). The beach is really nice, supermarkets are very closeby and tons or childfriendly restaurants on the beach nearby. We will definitely consider coming back!

Very nice accommodation. It has all the things you could need, very nice decor and all the very spacious stays. Perfect for families or groups! Maria and Jaume who are the ones who manage the accommodation very attentive. Highly recommended.

Fine house, perfect stay

Beautiful spacious villa in a peaceful setting but close to main roads to make visiting entire island easy, though would recommend hiring a car.

We stayed at Sue and Torsten's house for a week. The apartment is very large and the garden is equipped with a lot of seating. The contact with Sue and Torsten was very nice and always received good information. A car for excursions is always good. We wish you a lot of fun and joy for the future.

I had a great time with my family at Justo's place, we really enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described.

We had a spontaneous trip during cold weather and the house didnt dissapoint. Also we were offered an additional diesel heating but AC was more than enough (only dining room was cold but sangria helped us)

The place is a little out of the way, so you have fantastic peace and quiet. The cottage is located on a very idyllic property, which you can also enter and explore. The cottage is very simple, but still well equipped and there is everything you need. The outdoor kitchen is a highlight and fun to cook there. We were very lovingly received and we were immediately helped with minor problems. We never felt that we were bothered and despite the language barriers we were always able to communicate well. it was a great vacation. There are three dogs and many cats and it is beneficial if you are animal love, because the animals are affectionate and intimate and very often visit you in the outdoor kitchen. Those who appreciate a simple, nature-loving life will love the accommodation.

I had a great stay here in December, it was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely apartment, very clean. It was very easy to find and Chris made me feel very welcome from the start.

Had a wonderful holiday at the apartment, fantastic location, spacious, clean and had all we needed for the 4 of us. looking forward to returning next year.

Great stay and close to beautiful beach and hikes

Xavi was super flexible with check-in despite arriving super late. He responded quickly and gave clear instructions on how to get to his location from the airport. He provided recommendations for the area. He assisted me with communicating for an excursion I booked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, also gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. The area is fantastic, it felt safe and was close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (Lidl’s very close which was handy for grocery’s) There are lots of activities in Alcúdia including boat trips and horse riding at a local, beautiful ranch.

A welcoming place with a perfect location – a few meters from the beach, a short walk to a grocery store, and basically everything a guest could need. Dealing with the host was friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay!
