José Luis, very friendly and close gave us precise instructions, very easy and quick communication. as anecdote brought us a TV for the room there was already one in the living room and at all times he asked us when I could leave it undisturbed. always look for your intimacy and comfort a 10 as a person. as to the incredible house, it has everything you need, everything works perfectly has everything it puts in the listing and the garden and pool area a luxury, very clean pool and large two adults with XXL mattresses and pool left over, we go a wonderful place, we spend more time inside the villa than visiting sites than we were. Of course if we have a chance we will come back without hesitation. Thank you very much José Luis for giving us the opportunity to enjoy such a fantastic villa

Eugenia was amazing !! She kept the place ready for us as we checked in much later than usual .. despite not knowing English she was amazing in communication and very patient and cooperative ! Place was homely. Very comfortable, patio and area outside the house is the icing on the cake !! Pool is amazing ! Overall definitely would recommend and come back again !! Loved the place ! Better to have a car if u intend to stay here but cabs not very expensive at all so Uber comes too!

Borja's place is in the top 1% of AirBnBs in Spain. This is a modern Villa/house build to a very high standard. All rooms are spacious with a contemporary feel.The garden and pool are very comfortable. The location is very relaxing as its away from the City but very close to all the major attractions. The kitchen is perfect with all modern conveniences. Security is optimum with an alarm and a garage for several cars behind a sliding gate. There are many amenities within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk including bars , restaurants , stores.The neighbourhood is very settled and relaxing. There are several parks very close for comfortable walks , the locals to be super friendly. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard with wonderful showers , a bath and comfortable beds.There is a BBQ In the outer garden what a lovely a nice glass of Albariño.This property is excellent value for what you get. Borja was super helpful and exceeded expectations as a host. This is a rare gem 5*.

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Rocio was excellent, very helpful & friendly. would love to return. The pool was a big win for our son. we really enjoyed our stay. Rocio went over & beyond to be helpful. totally recommend this place.

We've been 4 friends for two days and the experience has been great. First I would highlight Fernando's attention who was immediately responding to any message and offered to help us with any questions we had. The house is great, especially very clean. The space around large, very well kept. The pool is clean in the middle of December. There is no neighbor around so it offers a lot of tranquility and intimacy. We will definitely be back.

Manola was super helpful, clear communication throughout. The apartment was perfect for our stay, within walking distance to the sights. It was clean and comfortable, great roof terrace with hot tub. Thank you.

Monica's apartment is perfect for spending a few quiet days very close to Seville. The house is just as seen in the photos, large, beautiful, with a great porch and terrace for good weather days. Very comfortable beds too and impeccable cleanliness. Highlight that Monica also leaves amenities in the bathrooms in case you forget something, detail that is very assaulted!! Regarding the location, comment that it is located in a very quiet village with a Mercadona next door and about 15-20 minutes from Seville by car so it is perfect if you want tranquility for moments of rest but at the same time being very close to all the services. We have been very comfortable and would recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the best BnB air we've done! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the seville heat. the pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. the bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, because of her availability and attention, as well as her duque dog who was of good company for us and our dog. it's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we leave with regret.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved Eduardo’s place as it was very clean, modern and we were able to walk to several restaurants. He is also very responsive. We can’t wait to come back for a visit!

Well-located apartment for visiting the city on foot. The apartment is well equipped and Ana available and clear in her instructions. Even in winter we were able to enjoy the rooftop.

The location is truly unbelievable—right in the heart of Sevilla, making it super easy to explore all the beautiful sights and enjoy the vibrant culture of the city. The place is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A special shoutout to Raquel, our host, who exceeded all expectations! She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond during our stay. In fact, she even replaced the dishwasher on Christmas Day. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sevilla. Highly recommended. Due to a late flight we didn't arrive until 11pm but check in was quick and easy and we even managed to find a tiny supermarket open just down the road in the town centre. Very comfortable house with everything needed as well as a basket of beautiful fresh oranges. The bus to Seville centre is really close by and an easy journey.

Optima casa, 10 min from Seville, well served. Very good communication with the host who was ready to solve all the problems that arose (including when we left the keys indoors!). Careful, clean and very pleasant house, as described in the advertisement, very suitable for families with children. Definitely must repeat!

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Everything was wonderful! Great cabin, everything you need inside. The internet works perfectly, comfortable mattresses. In general, everything is just super Ana and her husband were always in touch and helped with everything. All in all we highly recommend

House ideal for families with children with a garden that is a wonder and catchy at the Betis Stadium. A total success!!

Josefa’s property is a really beautiful place to stay within short driving distance of Seville and great access to the northern area of the Doñana national park. It’s immaculately clean, very spacious and has a pleasantly luxury feel about it. The pool is beautiful with plenty of space to relax outside or eat on one of the two terraces. The kitchen is equipped well enough to make breakfasts and simple meals (note no oven, but there is a microwave). The bedrooms and bathrooms are also spotless, and the main bathroom shower is fantastic (I didn’t use the other one so can’t comment). Josefa responds very quickly and clearly cares a lot about his guests having the best time. All in all, highly recommend staying here!!
