Vacation rentals in Alcafozes

We stayed with our family of 4 at Arjen's place in the Boa Vista tent. We had a great time, the tents are spacious, the restaurant and bar on site located next to the swimming pools is very convenient. The jacuzzi's are really warm, even during colder days and the view is amazing. In addition, the playground, trampolines and mini Zoo made the stay very memorable for the kids as well. We would stay here again!

A week of rest and quiet! The house is equipped with the necessary for 4 people(we were 3), and the air conditioning made all the difference, on the hot days we had! It has an outdoor area with barbecue and large table in the shade, where we ate all the meals. In the area has good river beaches (Meimão, our favorite; Meimoa and Benquerença),and places of great interest to visit: Monsanto; Penamacor; Belmonte; Idanha, .. San Martin de Trevejo in Spain, etc. António Fidalgo is a very cultured person with interesting conversations. Always attentive to needs. We like it very much and recommend it!

Erica’s place was absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I had only planned to stay one night but loved it so much that we stayed a second. The home itself was very comfortable and romantic while the location was a gorgeous representation of the Portuguese countryside. Both Erica and her husband are lovely people. Highly recommend to all!

The villa is incredible! Numerous rooms with storage and plenty of space. Numerous bathrooms. Very spacious living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (coffee machine, utensils, toaster etc.) The game room is a huge plus for rainy days. The pool is cold, but perfect for cooling off, and once in it is very nice. We had a great vacation in this amazing house! There are beautiful river beaches nearby, beautiful views as well. You have to love calm and nature because there are no big cities within an hour (the closest is Coimbra) but supermarkets 5 min away for groceries ;) The house is 1.5 hours from Porto and 2.5 hours from Lisbon, ideal for a day trip :) Thanks to Karen and her spouse for hosting us :) You can book without so much as a second thought!

Teresa was very dear and helpful, even leaving the warm-up on to get to a warm house! It was very friendly in the tranquility with which it made us feel at home, to me and to my dogs. We'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Quinta do Miradouro! The house is equipped with everything needed for a short stay and great moments of relaxation, it is very spacious and very quiet, only the herds and birds were heard. The trail around the house is very beautiful to make, with beautiful views. The house was very clean, with everything tidy and smelling! The host Sónia always responded quickly, maintained good communication and flexibility at check-in and check-out. Alternative accesses were shown by Sónia (due to poor floor conditions). I only have to mention the fact that the second bathroom is not easily accessible from one of the rooms, having to cross the entire house or cross the contiguous room. For the rest, we loved and recommend Quinta do Miradouro!

The house has a great location and beautiful landscapes. It has excellent thermal comfort and well-equipped for a rest stay, as we wanted.

Rogerio and his home is fantastic. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The grounds and surrounding area is beautiful. Lots of trees - they harvest cork, beautiful flowers. Great bird-watching. Very easily accessible to Monsanto and nearby sight-seeing but take Rogerio's recommendations on his favorites. Great stay.

The impeccable clean house with a breathtaking view, I will certainly return.
