The house is very spacious, super large, clean, tidy, welcoming and with all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families. Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

The Most Incredible Experience on this fifth. Everything was in perfect condition, the spaces were well cared for and full of details. It's pet-friendly, which was ideal for our family. The hot pool was a big plus, always clean and ready to enjoy. The audio system is spectacular, and we loved play spaces. A perfect place to relax and have fun!

Very clean, good communication, nice place

Definitely a 10/10. The apartment is very nice, complete and above all clean. I loved that it is Pet Friendly and the view from the windows is beautiful, mainly because it is located on a high floor. Silvana is very friendly and always responded in time to our concerns. The building where the apartment is located is new, modern , has many amenities for guests and its location is great, close to everything literally and 1 block from La Carolina Park. Definitely when I return to Quito it's going to be my first choice to stay.

A perfect place to spend time as a family

Andreina and her husband were great hosts I will always come to this location because she made my trip to equador safe and comfortable she even arranged airport taxi which was beautiful for anyone coming in that late to airport because equador at night can be very dangerous I rate her 5 stars

It is a very well located building, it is in the process of construction, from here in a few months that has all the services enabled will be more spectacular than as it is today. As for the apartment it is very comfortable with a nice view of the city and mountains.
