Vacation rentals with beach access in Alaminos

My family and I had a great time renting out the whole property (villa and 2 kubos). I spent hours looking for a space that could accommodate our big group (there were 20+ of us) without spending a fortune and this was exactly it. The space was clean and had lots of the amenities we needed. The area is safe, quiet, and the beach is right in front of the property. The water is calm and shallow (virtually no waves) which made it safe for the kids to swim in. My lolas had so much fun collecting shells and dipping their feet in the water! We didn’t try any of the local restaurants because we utilized the big outdoor kitchen and cooked all of our family meals. The caretakers, Nida and Evelyn were super helpful, responsive, and kind. They also had a lot of activity recommendations once you arrive at the property. The only downside is that there is no WiFi at the property, but I did have good phone signal. I highly recommend the renting the property for your next family/friend outing!

We enjoyed our short stay at Sein and Gail's simple place. The location of the property is quiet and peaceful and just a short walk from the beach which is all we were looking for. The house itself is very simple and had everything we needed. Airconditioning is good and the bathroom was clean. We liked using the colored lights inside the house in the evening. EJ the caretaker was very friendly and picked us up promptly when we arrived at the bus station. We were able to rent their scooter for the duration of our stay (recommended to fully explore Patar and its beaches and caves). Sein and Gail were very helpful and responsive as well and granted our request for late check out for an additional fee. We loved the company of the dogs and chickens too 😊 Recommend this place for people looking for a simple no-frills vacation.

The place is very accessible to what you need. Even their caretaker wakeup at 2AM just so we can buy what we need.

It was our first time in Anda and we couldn’t have picked a better place to represent the peace and quiet of the place! The cottage is situated in a serene surrounding where you can just hang out with your friends and family, or on your own while listening to the sound of the ocean. One thing to note though is that the place is relatively not touristy so restaurant options might be limited but the cottage should have everything you need to bond over cooking. The public market is also a few kms away so I highly recommend planning accordingly. I’m so glad we found this place—it’s so much lovelier irl! Place had the space, privacy and peace we needed. Kuya ramil was very helpful too. Keeps to himself but we always know where to find him when we need something.

Had such a fun and memorable experience at Catherine’s place in Bolinao! This beachfront property in Patar Beach is an absolute gem. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool is a definite highlight – perfect for relaxing. We loved the spaciousness of the property, with lots of different seating areas where we could hang out, chat, and soak in the views. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, chilling on the beach, or enjoying a meal in one of the cozy outdoor dining areas, there are so many spots to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The beachfront is gorgeous and we spent hours taking in the beautiful scenery. It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay overall. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful spot to recharge. Can’t wait to come back with my friends again! Thank you so much, Catherine!

It was as expected! But thought we had the whole resort to ourselves but nevertheless still a great find for the price!
