Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Alacantí

The house is just as seen in the photos. The location is a bit lonesome if you trust google maps. Although it is number 80, in Google maps you must put the 74. Everything was spotlessly clean. True, the cleaning rate is very high but the result is outstanding. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. Infinity of utensils for whatever you may need. The house in general is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We have undoubtedly enjoyed the house a lot, the tranquility of the area and how beautiful Spain is.

Casa madronas was exactly what we needed. It was very well equipped with basic condiments and cleaning provided. Kathryn was extremely helpful when we needed to contact her and the place was clean. The pool was great.

We were very comfortable in Patricia's apartment, we would definitely repeat!!

We had a spectacular weekend at Carlos's house. I went with a group of friends and we stayed all weekend inside the house. Enjoying the pool, cooking and desktops in the table. The house is spacious and has several environments to share in a group. We'll definitely repeat it. it's beautiful.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable three bedroom/two bathroom accommodation with a patio garden. On street parking can be challenging to find, but paid for parking close by. The hosts were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. Good value accommodation within walking distance of everything within Alicante's centre and old town.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Great residence

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The silence, the views, the location, the communication with Patricia and Alicia, the comfort, the heating, the wifi, being able to have our but at home, o all the details (bottle of wine, coffee, everything needed in the bathroom and kitchen, etc.) have made our stay difficult to forget. We recommend it without bookings and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you very much !

- helpful host, allowed us to check out late for no additional cost, arranged taxi back to airport for us. - two bathrooms which is convenient as a family, one of which has a bath which is really helpful for toddler. - 5 min walk to beach, beautiful clean area with restaurants in walking distance - good size balcony - products such as shampoo, washing up liquid, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc provided which was really helpful - playground, 4 pools, paddle court & football court - great facilities for families - only 10-15 mins from airport, very convenient

Wonderful place! Just 5 points out of 5! The house is only 6 apartments, very quiet and peaceful, there is no elevator, but only three floors, always free parking. Huge balcony along the entire apartment and terrace with furniture. A large grill adds variety to cooking) Great beds with comfortable mattresses, nice linens. A lot of all kinds of dishes! There is also everything you need for the beach, including an umbrella and chairs. There is a heater in case of cold, and two air conditioners in different rooms. Pablo is a very gracious and helpful host! When we checked in, there was a problem with the dishwasher not working. However, he quickly changed it, thank you so much! Your place was very cozy and welcoming! We'd love to come back again!

Manuel and his wife met us as soon as the apartment was ready. Showed us around, explained everything clearly, i.e. wi-fi, tv, keys etc The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for the week. We kept in touch throughout the week, which was really helpful as we had a very early flight on departure. I cannot fault it, we had a great time, thank you.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

The stay met our expectations. Very good communication with the host. Good location. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great public transport connection to the center of Alicante. You can park your car in the internal parking lot for free. And most importantly, an exclusive hot tub 😊

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

Beautiful apartment, carefully decorated. very good air conditioning. The pool and hot tub are accessible from 8:30 am to 11pm. Beach at 5 minutes walk! Beautiful sea view. Thank you Franck&Barbara.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host
