Great relaxing spot away from busy Dubai. Apartment is spacious, clean, modern & loved the view of the water from the balcony. Turtle Beach is close by & nice/clean for beach days. There is quite a bit of construction in the area, the boardwalk next to the hotel building is closed just past the hotel & so we were unable to go for long walks along the boardwalk. But otherwise enjoyably stay, we would definitely return.

Flat is better than on the photos. Very stylish, clean and nice. Great surroundings, walkable distance to the restaurants. Great host, always fast responsive. Thanks a lot for great New Year celebrations with the fireworks view from the balcony

Place is same exactly as describe and you can see in photos. We came and everything was ready and clean. The host also was very helpful and asking us everyday if do we need anything. Overall the stay was great!

It is nice apartment, perfect for family of two but may accommodate 4 people at a time. Nice location, beach and pool are close. Very nice host, easy to deal with. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for accommodating us.

Exceptional Stay in a Stunning Villa! We had an amazing time at this villa in Ras Al Khaimah. The property was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to all the main attractions. The villa had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a lovely outdoor area. We felt very comfortable away from the tourist strongholds. The place was very clean, the garden with pool indescribable. A great place to unwind. Hope to come back next year. Nayif is a great host

First the location and building was great from the private beach and the swimming pools, Gym, Souna and the Jacuzzi everything was good. Second For the Euro Estates for me it's the best holiday home company i stayed with before in everything from the check in how they make it easy as they sent a very friendly lasy to assist us from the parking until checking in the room and make sure that everything is good, The Room it self how it was clean with modern design also everything was there there's nothing was missed even the towels with extra staff touse in the kitchen and the bathroom. Also i like so much their way in contacting with the talent as each room it has someone he contacting with you especially to assist you in anything and ready to answr your questions and assisting you at anytime really i like this too much and more... This was the first time for me and for sure will not be the last as they will be the only choose for me when i want to visit this place again. Thanks.

What a beautiful a serene place away from a hustle of the city. Hardly an hour from Dubai with normal traffic but it’s a different world. The host and his brother is truly the best people , they went above and beyond and helped us. One of the guest had their car stuck (Sedan) in deep sand and they helped us for almost 2 hours to get the car out. They didn’t have to but they did everything to get the car out safe

I really enjoyed my staycation at Adrian’s studio!!! The sunset is there and it’s amazing!

Ali and his helper were really responsive and communicative throughout. As we stayed there during the national holidays, parking was a bit difficult to find but Hasan helped arrange a buggy to pick us up and we were dropped right outside the villa. The location of the villa is amazing, right next to 2 restaurants and a 10 min walk to the beach. Loved the little garden setup outside and the pool. Will definitely be visiting again.
