Beautifully furnished and spacious apartment. Had all the amenities. Great size TV in the TV lounge. Gym in the building is also quite decent. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is great for cooking during stay. View from the balcony is amazing. Location is not the best as you have to take taxi every time you decide to leave the apartment but other than that everything 10/10.

Anushthan villa is a great place for any and every celebration. We recently celebrated our friends 40th at the villa and it was nothing less than perfect. The venue, the help, the space, the amenities within the villa and the list goes on. We had a live tandoor and catering done and the place accommodated it all. Huge party hall where we had a game master that made us play games through the evening. Shireesh as a host was very accommodating very approachable and helpful. He was responsive and so easy to talk to. He almost entertained every request that we had and we are grateful for this experience. I have to mention the house caretaker Jamal who made the stay so pleasant. He was ALWAYS available ALWAYS ready to help and his polite demeanour was highly appreciated by one and all. We are glad we chose this villa for our friends special day!

it is away from center but metro line (both green and red ) is very close so it is a handy to go visit where ever you want. Also easy access to the airport. There were lots of cheaper options of eateries, and seems like has lots of Indian eatery around this area too. They have a pool open from 9am till 6pm. Nice and clean and was refreshing swimming. Host are very responsive as well. Wi fi seems in and iff especially in the morning and night time.

The unit is very well located close to almost everything. Very relaxing when you are in the accommodation. An amazing view, very clean. The host was very responsive and resolved any small issues we no longer have. I would recommend this place to any guest for a pleasant and quiet stay you will love it.

I had the pleasure of staying at one of the best Airbnbs in Dubai! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

A very nice flat and a very peaceful area with a nice beach in the front. The only thing is there is no market to buy your needs around, you have to walk around 1.5 km. The only problem we had was there were no place to leave our luggages to wait a few hours till our flight time. There were no room to put our luggages at the lobby. We had to wait at Sturbucks downstairs for 4 hours sitting with the luggages as we didn’t want to walk at 35 C’ heat to find a luggage store.

The place is just like the photos and super close to Dubai Mall and Bur khalifa (4 mins walking). You would be awestruck by the view of the Burj from the living room and balcony. I would def be staying at this place each time I visit Dubai as this is ideal for travellers for both short and long stays. 24*7 convenience store right in the next building and coffee shops and restaurants at the doorstep makes this a fantastic choice. Highy recommend.

Martina and Paul have been wonderful hosts during our stay. From reservation to check out, they communicated proactively and were easily reachable via what's app. The little issues (mainly us being clueless on how to operate a lock, or turn on the gas) were dealt with promptly and professionally. The building is recent (c. 2016) and located a couple of minute's walk from the Dubai Mall. There are several convenience stores open 24/7 downstairs. The unit is spacious, even by Dubai standards, and is tastefully decorated. Quite surprisingly for Dubai, it has an expansive view of the Palace, Creek Harbour and Oud Metha. The only potential inconvenience to some guests could be the construction site facing the unit. This is not uncommon in Dubai. At the time of our stay, the construction seemed to be on pause. When it resumes however, it could turn out to be quite noisy. I am sure Paul and Martina will communicate on this. Overall we had a great time staying at this place.

The place is amazing and looks exactly like the photos! It’s less than a 1-minute walk to a private beach and two cozy coffee shops. The area was quiet and peaceful, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, just as shown in the pictures, and the entire space was spotless. The location in Dubai Harbour is fantastic—easily accessible to main roads while being away from the heavy traffic of the Marina. It’s also very close to Dubai Marina and JBR, which was super convenient. We loved the walking passage beneath the building and enjoyed evening strolls there. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!

I was very pleased with my stay in this apartment. Great location, just a few minutes from the main attractions of the city. The apartment was clean, spacious and cosy with a modern design. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing me to cook my favourite meals. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!
