Cabin vacation rentals in Akron

My group had a great stay at Christina’s cabin. It was great to unwind and relax with friends. We really enjoyed the large open living room and the wood burning fireplaces on each floor. We cooked some great meals in the kitchen and played games at both the large tables. I would recommend staying here. Also great, it feels secluded but is only 15 mins from some fun restaurants and town.

This cabin was exactly what I needed for a quiet weekend away. It was extremely cozy, clean and well decorated. I appreciated the little welcoming things like cookies, coffee, outdoor lighting & fireplace. It looked just like the photos in the listing. It was a short drive to several cute towns. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home very well maintained. Loved the peacefulness of the surrounding woods. Owners responded very quickly to questions and were very pleasant!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Overall, it was a very good choice for a couple who wants to get away from the city life. The hot tub was amazing. Town is 15 minutes or less away but that 15 minutes takes you to the country. The check-in process was easy and the cabin was spotless upon arrival. It was a nice two night getaway for us and I would definitely recommend it for someone who wants quiet time for themselves or with someone else.

This is our third stay and it’s always so incredible, third time! This tiny home overlooking the scenic Mahoning River has become the place my husband and I go to unwind. The mere thought brings my BP down. ME really put a lot of thought into this build, tiny but not lacking anything, high end appointments too.

This is the second time we have stayed at Alissa’s place; a log cabin that has been totally restored and very tastefully decorated. Alissa is very accommodating and typically responds to requests or questions within minutes. She provides many little touches that you don’t often see in rental houses, but that go a long way to making you feel at home: a basket of toiletries (in case you forget to bring something); plenty of bottled water in the fridge; a well provisioned Kitchen with spices and all essential cooking implements; lots of fluffy towels; extra blankets. Since we were here during a cold snap we did not get to take advantage of the kayaks or the hot tub, but we hope to return in warmer weather so that we can use all the amenities. This cabin is a great option for anyone who may be visiting someone at the Copeland Oaks Retirement Community in Sebring or the University of Mount Union in Alliance.

Place was cozy and exactly as pictured. Kitchen is very small but made it work 😉 View out kitchen window was beautiful! Bed was very comfortable. Amazing get away for husband and I.

This was our second visit. We stay here for 2 reasons. Husband loves the fireplace, I love the hot tub. It is quiet not any noise at all. Yes the houses around the cabin could be nicer. But owner cant control everything. Everything we needed was taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The kitchen was great to cook in and everything was easy to find. The backyard was wonderful for our pup, and we saw so many deer. The decor was very fitting to the home. We will definitely be back. Mark was great to work with and communicated very well.

Beautiful home. Very clean and welcoming. They had an assortment of beverages and some snacks available for us. We arrived after midnight in the midst of the worst winter storm they’d had in a couple of years. We woke up the next morning to find the driveway, porch, as well as our car had been cleared off! We enjoyed exploring the various restaurants and shops in the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway, this is your spot! We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Christi's Hideaway cabin. As always, the cabin was immaculate (it matches the decription perfectly) and the host was very welcoming! The dogs loved going for their walks in the park and playing in the snow. Thank you Christi for making this such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! We look forward to visiting again soon!

Absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Joel was an excellent host. Wonderful country getaway, yet close to attractions and shopping. Extremely pet friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about Joel and his place. We will most definitely consider staying here again.

The cottage was perfect! It had everything we needed. It was very clean and had all the amenities as stated. The WiFi went out and Jenny had it fixed in no time. Although it was cold during the time we went, we scheduled another visit for the summer to experience more outdoor time. Looking forward to it. Highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay. 💕

The Sweet Dreams cabin was everything we hoped for and more. It was beautiful inside and out. The large deck with abundant seating overlooking a pond was great for having your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. It was easily accessible to the main road. We loved that it was pet-friendly and had a station outside with poo bags and trash. The shed had propane tanks in case the grill or fire table ran out along with wood for the fire pit. There was a very nice bike/walking trail within a 15 minute drive. Tom, the owner, even stopped by to say hi and see if we needed anything. We had a great stay and loved that we could bring our dog. We will be back!

Cool little place to spend a weekend. Pond was cool and a nice quiet little stay. Would return again. Mark was great with communication and approved our last minute stay.

Beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very roomy. The 3 full bathrooms were awesome. It was very quiet and peaceful. We’re definitely considering coming back. The one thing that was subpar was the pullout sofa was unusable and it would have been nice to have a fire in the fireplace but I’m sure for insurance reasons it’s not used. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at your cabin. We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing in front of the fireplace. We also took several walks to the river and a walk to meet your horses. The scenery surrounding the cabin is beautiful! Thanks for helping make my wife’s birthday very special.

I booked a night as a Christmas gift for my cousin and she had a wonderful time. She said the cabin was stocked with everything they needed plus more. The cabin was clean and was perfectly comfortable for 2 people. They want to book again. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Mary and Mike's beautiful and peaceful cabin in the woods. The setting and view is unmatched and so great to have a place to spread out, do some work and even prep food for a family party. The beds are comfortable, supplies are well-stocked and we really enjoyed meeting Mike upon check-in and hearing how much he loves this special house.

We have stayed in numerous rentals and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and loaded with other amenities to make your stay a five star experience. We loved the fact that all of the bedrooms had king size beds so all four couples were very comfortable. The setting of this home is very private with beautiful landscape and trails. It had snowed one day and the walk through the wooded trails was just beautiful. Jonna was a pleasure to work with, she was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We all agreed that this home and its surroundings is one that is hard to top and look forward to returning!

Beautiful, clean, and peaceful! Great for a break away from everything! Host was friendly and quickly responsive when I asked for the wifi password. Just be careful if you have younger kiddos due to the wide spaced wooden railings on the second floor. My family of 6 (kids aged 4, 6, 13, and 19) enjoyed our time there!
