Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Jule's place was beautiful and the perfect stay for our group of 4! Jules was great at communicating about the accommodation and the Sumner area. The space was very spacious, with a clean living, kitchen and bathroom area. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very cosy. Our group was thrilled to stay there and we can't wait to come back and enjoy the accommodation and the Sumner area again. I highly recommend booking this place!

We had spent a week here as a central meeting place for family. The kids loved the space, toys, pool and garden. The adults cooked up a storm each night in the amazing kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone, everything we needed and close to the shops and supermarket. Quiet, private and welcoming

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing and SO easy. The house is massive and perfect for our family holiday as we all had our own spaces. The pool and trampoline were super fun.

Great modern house in Christchurch’s suburbs (less than 10mn drive to the centre). The house was very clean and well equipped. It is a little paradise for kids with a room full of games (darts, football table, video games, board games,…), a jacuzzi and a basketball ring. We all had a great time!

A beautiful home, with all the amenities we needed all of which were set in a stunning private location. We found the hosts great to work with, they communicated well and were super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Ray and Kate's Place! 5 stars.

We loved staying at this very large and spacious house . We felt right at home .

We had a fantastic stay at Christina's. Everything worked well for us including the extra early book in time. We traveled from Palmerston North for an archery tournament. Christina's place had plenty of room for us to put out all our archery gear, which needed a bit of drying off after the crazy weather we had. Everything was lovely and fresh, easy to get in and out of the door with the code lock.

Absolutely spacious and great spaces to relax in with the 2 lounges - 1 which you can close off for extra privacy. Kitchen was big enough for 2/3 of us to move around in. The dishwasher was a saver for our group of 6 and recycling bins were provided too - The rooms were spacious and love that there were privacy blinds in the rooms and lounge areas which I found helped with the heat we had during our stay. Big fridge and able to find kitchen items to use. Didn't use the tub in the main bathroom but looked nice, the beds were super comfortable too. We used the wash and dryer and kept the back laundry room door ajar whilst drying. This property definitely met our group needs and would stay here again

Great place to stay and the room was cleaner than in the photos.All the guests in the kitchen cabinet can think of, even Chinese soy sauce and fish sauce.The bread machine is sophisticated that I've never seen before, just get it done.The host is very welcoming because the Wi-Fi is not even connected.The living room is so comfortable, the large sofa and rotating sofa make people not want to go out every day, just want to stay quietly in the house.The towels were dry and comfortable to use.All in all, will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at this beachside condo in New Brighton! The home is bright and comfortable, with extra amenities like an air fryer and instapot. The living room is comfortable, with a couch that extends for movie night. The beach is right across the road, and you can walk for miles in either direction. The pier and the hot pools were highlights from our visit. There are great cafes nearby - we'd highly recommend Dune Cafe for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. This is a neat area, rebuilding itself after the earthquakes and full of low key beach charm. Bee was a welcoming host, and left us a great array of information booklets. We used this spot to also explore Lyttelton, Akaroa, and Godley Head.

Loved our stay at Wainui, Catherine's house is modern and interesting with lovely furnishings and a fantastic view right across to Akaroa, wonderful in the day and also in the starry night. Wainui a short walk away and Akaroa a short drive away, for a coffee and all the touristy things if you are interested. A special property that we would love to return to.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs all over the world and this one stood out as one of my favorites. It was ver comfortable and well equipped in every room with everything you need to be comfy. Be careful…you might want to stay there and chill too much! Has a great vibe!

Beautiful home with lots of space and creature comforts. Only 5min drive to the beach and Pegasus is great village with list of amenities.

Jing is exceedingly kind. The place was well organized and her dog is the sweetest. Her property is gorgeous and my kids loved the trampoline and feeding the fish.
