Really spacious place, comfy beds, everything what you need in kitchen. Nothing really complain about. It was bit far from Dubai, but you really get great deal for price you pay. I recommend!

Lets start with what’s important to me, the place look super clean, and it smelled AMAZING. The place itself is amazing, the locations is great with lots of shops and food spots literally steps away. Maitha and the team were very helpful and cooperative.. and the check in was as smooth as it can be.

I had a lovely stay. The place is clean and has everything you need. Also worth noting that the shower was amazing, very strong water pressure and easy to use.

Our Host was very friendly and always offered assistance to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We stayed 5 nights and apartment was very comfortable for 6 adults , 3 large bedrooms each having an ensuite. We easily obtained taxis out the front of accommodation to travel to our destinations. Nothing was too much trouble for our host.

Description was as expected. It’s a hotel room in a quiet area close to the airport. There is a local carrefour nearby and several shops/restaurants

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for another fantastic stay at one of Mr.Khalid's stunning apartments. This certainly won't be our last booking with him. The apartment is spacious and perfectly clean, making it worth every dirham spent. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and well-organized, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The living room's large TV is a great addition, equipped with everything we needed for entertainment. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking, and the balcony is thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, we found this apartment to be an exceptional choice. Its amenities, location, and attention to detail have left us with unforgettable memories. We can't wait to book again for another memorable vacation experience. Thank you once again for providing such an excellent experience.

I liked the play and my stay was quite good. Its totally worth it. You are getting what are you paying.

Check-in was easy, special thanks for allowing us to check in much earlier (there were no other guests in front of us) - with 5 children and bags it would be very difficult to wait half a day for check-in. Great pool downstairs - taking into account the fact that it was impossible to swim in the sea (the red flag was brought out) the pool was great.

On my first visit to UAE I needed an affordable place next to University City. This location was an 8 min drive away and easy access to City Centre with grocery store inside the mall. The host accommodated my very late check in and even provided translation when I had to communicate with someone who did not speak English. I am grateful for my experience and I will be recommending this location and rebooking. Thank you for a wonderful travel experience.

A very beautiful, clean, tidy apartment, its furniture is elegant, everything is available in it, easy to get in and out of it and suitable parking, and a more beautiful service than the communication crew. I wish I wrote the correct name. It won't be the last experience.

Furnished to a really high standard and within a newly built location. Communication was great with the host who is proactive in remedying any issues you may have. Definitely would stay there again.
