We had the pleasure of stay at Trisha's property and I could honestly say it had everything we needed if not more. It definitely looks exactly like it does in the photos 100%. She provides extra pillows, linens, towels, blankets and amazing goody bags in the bathrooms just in case you forget any essentials, extra everything! She even had disposable slippers for the sauna, which was a plus! Her hospitality really stands out as a host! She thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! We took advantage of all the amenities; massage chairs, sauna, gym and the surround sound system was incredible. Trisha was very friendly and outgoing and extremely quick to reply! Thanks for having us and we will book again when needed.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Maxim’s over the Christmas holiday and look forward to staying at the property for future visits. House and property were as advertised (lightly furnished but with all the needed basics) and Maxim was a thoughtful and responsive host - even going so far as decorating the house for the holiday which was a kind and appreciated touch. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was a godsend. Beautiful property with lots of wildlife, view of the lake and close to our Toronto based family members we made this the ideal place for us. Thank you Maxim for being a super host!

Stayed here with my wife and young kids for 2 weeks in January. We are absolutely delighted to find this gem of a house and will hope to stay here again in future. Very convenient location accessible to main freeways in a lovely quiet respectful neighbourhood. Serenity. Nice shops and restaurants are close by. The house is even better than the impressive photos. Recently renovated to a very modern, classy standard, this house felt very luxurious and comfortable. Large beds, cosy decor and large tv's in every bedroom made putting the kids to bed much easier!! It is obvious that great thought and effort went into this house. The kitchen is modern and the open plan living area was ideal for a family. We look forward to using the pool when we return in the summer!! The kids did enjoy building a snow man in the large back garden, which would be fun to use in the Summer. Rooz was a pleasure to deal with and a super host. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Rooz!!

Convenient transportation, providing a private entrance, very well renovated, there is a game console to play with friends, the host provides detailed information about the facilities, which I really like.

The house was as described and in the photos, and very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We had a great stay.

We LOVED staying at David’s place! Our family of 5 all fit comfortably and it felt like home away from home. It was spotless, warm and we had everything we could ever need. The best thing too, is that it’s located within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks David!

We spent the weekend here celebrating a 60th birthday with family. Not only was the host incredibly pleasant and flexible, the home was well appointed for our all ages group. We felt immediately at home - close enough to downtown Toronto to enjoy the city and happy to spend time together “at home”. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a home base while exploring the Toronto area.

Janet was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Myself and a couple of friends came in for a concert from out of the province. Janet’s space was affordable, great location, and looked great. Leading up to the concert she communicated the easy check in system. However, the most stand out quality of Janet was how much she cares about her guests. She sent in a ton of recommendations for things to do while visiting, as well as safety recommendations for unfamiliar areas (since we were from out of the province). We could not have asked for a better host!

Fantastic find in Toronto! Well located in the east end, quiet street, easy walking distance to all we needed during our 4 day stay. Not often do you find an AirBnB with parking for your vehicle, this is a very nice perk! The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. Our son lives close by and we were able to host family holiday meals/celebration at the house. The basics are all supplied in the kitchen, we did bring other cooking utensils/pans, as we know not to expect the AirBnB host to supply enough amenities to cook for a family when you are renting a space for 4 people :). Mark's home is one of the nicest that we have stayed in to date. It is an updated older home, so there are squeaky floors and doors on the 2nd floor.....this did not bother us one bit....just added to the charm of the space. Definitely on our 'visit again' list if we are booking in TO.

This was a perfect spot for our intimate wedding dinner where we hosted our family & closest friends. It was the perfect size, had ample parking, and was cozy & comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves and loved the intimate setting. Plus, we were able to have family spend the night which was a huge bonus! I would definitely recommend this home for smaller gatherings. Priya & Shawn were fabulous hosts, so easy to communicate with and very accommodating! You will not be disappointed.

The house was exactly what we needed for a few families to stay together for our hockey tournament that was at the university campus. Bed linens were clean with lots of extra blankets if needed, kitchen had most of the necessities, perfect bedroom to bathroom ratio. Kathi was a great host and was very responsive. Instructions to get in and what was needed at checkout were clear. Thanks for the stay!
