Fernando Fantastico!! Fernando has been a Superhost for a long while and we now know why. Nothing was too much trouble. On the rare occasions he couldn't immediately answer his mobile he would call back or message very quickly. As mentioned in other reviews, the pool, pool area and gardens are fantastic. Fernando built the villa himself over 20 years ago an like most us, 20 years of wear and tear mean there are bits and pieces that are showing a little age. However, Fernando makes the absolute best of what his lovely home has to offer. The villa is quite secluded. Expecting to use taxis in this area is a very patchy business. Although Fernando helped us out on several occasions, it would be very unfair to continue to make demands on him and so having hire cars is an absolute must. Beach a 10 min walk. Tip: Shop at LIDL (around 7km). To just use this place as just a base would be a waste. We spent 95% of our stay within the villa and loved every single second. Thank you Fernando

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

The house is perfect for large groups, family and friends. We had a great few days! Barry is very responsive, totally recommended.

After staying at many many Airbnb’s throughout the world and being host of one ourselves, we can undoubtedly say that this is the most phenomenal Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It is stunning, more than we ever could’ve imagined or asked for. The host were incredibly responsive And helped us many times due to luggage issues. Highly highly highly recommend!

Villa was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Bed’s super comfy. 100% would book again. I’m also a very fussy sleeper, and I slept great here, lovely and quiet.

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

We stayed 12 nights in the Villa. It’s a very clean, spacious an quiet place with a beautiful pool and outside area. The booking and check in was very easy and pleasant, Jane and her local caretakers were very friendly and helpful. We were in touch with them during the entire stay and even though most things were self explanatory, we could call or text them when we needed some help or advice. We had a wonderful time in the Villa and would highly recommend the place to anyone who’s looking for some peaceful time away from the crowded hotspots with family and/or friends.

Lovely Villa in a nice quiet area

The treatment was exceptional from start to finish and the house was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us ease both at the entrance and at the exit, leaving us a lot of flexibility (which is very much appreciated). We would repeat without a doubt.

Stayed at the villa for a girls trip for my Auntys 60th. Kevin the host messaged me and responded to my requests/queries weeks before we arrived. Kevin went shopping for welcome drinks for us on my request. Kevin met us at the property and gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how it all worked. Everything about it was great. The pool was lovely and lots of space. Kevin arranged all our taxis into Benidorm each night. It’s 20 euros per way in a taxi into Benidorm centre. Be aware there are 2 streets with the same name as the villa one of which is in the centre of Benidorm. This caused a lot of confusion booking our airport transfers and when trying to get taxis back on an evening. Always keep correct address on you! Only con was some of the rooms didn’t have air con just fans so it could get so hot when sleeping! It is not walking distance to Benidorm drive only. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks

Wow what a beautiful home, to fall in love with! Everything has been thought of, we felt wonderfully at home. It is almost a shame to leave the house and explore the area. Contact with Loraine is quick and easy. We would have liked to stay a few days longer!

We had a wondering stay at this beautiful villa with awe inspiring views. Immaculately clean and fully stocked and provided for. Monika was a lovely host, very helpful, understanding and responsive. The cleaning team ensured the villa was spotless and had great attention to detail. Would love to stay again and highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone wanting a magical holiday!

We arrived home today after spending a week in this lovely villa. It was perfect for us as a family of 10 including our grandchildren. The villa was very clean & fresh feeling. It had everything we needed, well stocked. The pool & outdoor area was great, we used BBQ area too. The view from the front terrace was fab, also easy walking to restaurants & bars which was all very good. Lovely beach close by too. Sadie answered all my questions promptly & recommended a transfer company which was very good. We all enjoyed our time in Calpe & would definitely come back to this lovely villa Thank you Sadie

Second time visiting this villa. It’s a good location, walking distance to little beach bars for a drink at the end of day, or a swim off the rocks there. Mas y Mas supermarket is a 2 minute drive with everything you need. Villa is clean, comfortable with everything you need and good value. We have visited Moraira a good number of times now and stayed in other villas , but they are often a long way up the hills and no where near walking distance to anything. The fact that this one is so close to the beach, with everything you need so close by, makes it Ideal.

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

This house is perfect for vacation! We were group of 10 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The terrace and the view are gorgeous. Everything looks even better than the pictures.

Everything is great, the house is very clean, tidy and complies with what is shown in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any suggestions from their guests. An entire experience, both during the stay at the house and in the surrounding environment. Super recommended and trip to repeat.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Nicle. The villa itself is interesting and full of character, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It is set on different levels which made for an interesting stay. The gardens are well kept and the pool area is beautiful. As it is set near the top of Els Calistros you can relax in the pool while looking out across the Costa Blanca towards 'The Sleeping Elephant.' For the price, this villa is great value for money, and we would recommend it if you are looking to stay in this area. Top tip 1 - You will need a car! Top tip 2 - once you have located the villa, park at the top and take your bags through the front door. (Dont park on the drive and carry everything up the rear steps in 30 degree sun!) The villa could do with couple of loose plug sockets being sorted but nothing serious enough to stop us enjoying our time there. There was plenty of kitchenware, pool toys, and goody bags left for us. In short it was a great holiday. Would recommend.
