Relaxing weekend in Chapeiry. Not a noise, very quiet, ideal for relaxing. The spa area with hot tub, massage table, sauna and hammam is amazing. The studio is very nice, very clean, what you need for a very nice stay.

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! Very clean and comfortable place!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Alain's place was far beyond our expectations. Chalet very well maintained. It is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped, an exterior and an interior at the top, a magnificent view... our vacation was perfect. 7 amazing days. Alain is super welcoming, I recommend it 1000%!

We spent 4 days in the apartment cottage with our 2 teenagers, it is very comfortable, pleasant and very well equipped, finally a rental with a sofa where we can all sit! 2 terraces and 3 parking spaces, frankly nothing is missing. Marion's cottage is very well located, the view is lovely. The accommodation is very large, the amenities are numerous, the bedding is excellent. Marion is a very available and helpful host. We really enjoyed the time she gave us to feed her animals with our children. We strongly recommend

This property is so charming. We'd never stayed in an old converted barn before and we felt so lucky to stay in one that was so full of character. It was also very clean which must be really hard since there are so many beams and nooks and crannies. Loved the setting of a small wee hamlet that it was in. Parking in the car park wasn't the hassle I thought it would be. The house was as described though the photos don't do it justice. The beds looked on the small side in the photos but turned out to be bigger than expected. Marie is a great communicator and offered help before and during our stay. She alerted us to the massive rock slide that cut off all the ski resorts that Moutiers serves so we had time to make back up plans. Check in and information about the house was handled really well between her and her son who lives on hand to deal with any queries that might crop up. Certainly a place of 'Charm' as it is billed and I'm sure is even more beautiful in summer

We had a great weekend, there were 10 of us so we rented the studio + the house it was perfect. The accommodation is very well appointed, very clean, we really liked the atmosphere. The ski departure is a 7-8min drive. it's hard to find places to stay for 8-10 people and this one is great!

Fabulous home and gorgeous garden. my family felt right at home surrounded by all the artwork and we really enjoyed how spacious the house and garden were allowing out large group to enjoy time together and separately. lake is very close, as is the gorgeous little town centre. Local shops are easy to reach but expensive. The main supermarkets are a not particularly close so car hire or supermarket delivery or similar if you are concerned with budget. Would definitely recommend the location for keep hikers, swimmers or cyclists!!

We had a lovely stay at Stéphane's place with our two children aged 14 and 6! Our last-minute getaway to enjoy the snow at Semnoz proved to be a perfect choice. The small family resort is a real gem, ideal for sunny days on the slopes, and only 15 minutes from the accommodation was a delight. Quiet accommodation with mountain views in nature. The proximity to Annecy and its surroundings was also a major asset, allowing us to fully enjoy the region and our friends. The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Thanks to Stéphane for his kindness and availability, his valuable advice on the region and his attention to detail, including the loan of equipment for our children, were greatly appreciated. We had a great time at Helene and David's home. It is ideal for a family with the 4 bedrooms, large dining tables, the kitchen... and full of activities with the ping pong table, the trampoline... The house is very nice and it feels good! The environment is quiet. You can walk to the lake. The bike path is very close. Great!

Laurent is a friendly and welcoming host who is very responsive when needed. The appartment is very well equipped and quite spacious other than the kitchen area. It is very well located for access to the resort.
