102㎡ Japanese modern detached house, MAX 15 people

LukeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house managed to fit our group of 11 quite easily. Bathroom situation was simple to manage and the inclusion of a washing/drying machine was definitely a plus. Plenty of toilets to accommodate and fresh towels. Location is conveniently near a family mart and also Aoto station. The train line is close to the house and you will hear it but our group didn't mind. Highly recommend for a big group to consider for their Japan trip.

B-1*4 min. from Sangen-jaya Sta./Close to Shibuya

ShaynaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was one of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed at. It was very clean, well equipped and organized, spacious, modern, and really ideal location. The size of the airbnb was perfect for our family of 4, with the two kids sleeping in the main living room and mom and dad sleeping in the front bedroom. The Toto washlet is very new and in a separate room. The sink and shower/tub wet room are on the other side of the hall. It's a 4-6 minute walk to Sangenjaya station, which is 1-2 stops from Shibuya on the DT line. Shibuya is the hub for all the lines and the happening but very congested place to be. So we enjoyed staying in a suburb that is less crowded, not a tourist trap, and with TONS of local food places and small shops. The back streets behind the condo is a labyrinth FULL of really good eateries and salons. The other side of the main roadway is also a maze of eateries and stores. We had fun exploring all day and most days came back to Setagaya to eat dinner. We would def come back!

Japanese and western mixed cozy home

SheilaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location was 7-10mins to the nearest station and there were lots of good restaurants in the area. The room was on the 4th floor and has no elevator but it was manageable. Yuki was very nice and she replied to our concerns quickly. Her place had everything that we needed during our stay and very spacious for 5 people. It was a great value for money.

Accomodation is good value for money, I would recommend it if someone would like to stay in Asakusa. Location is in quiet place but close to the main attractions to Asakusa, family mart or 7/11 and train station. Inside the accomodation is very clean and beds are really comfy. We also had some snacks provided. you have everything you would need in kitchen and bathroom.

I loved staying at this airbnb, the room was cosy, private and clean, a lot of space for a solo traveller. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay for 34~ days. Very close to station, combini store, local area with gym + cosmetic/goods/drug store. The local sezariya and komeda coffee shop serves delicious food at a cheap price. The local station is about a 4 minute walk, very close to Shinagawa station to get to where ever you want to travel in Tokyo easily. I had no trouble navigating around. The host was also extremely responsive and proactive in making my stay more enjoyable, recommendations like which local cuisine that are in season and high quality stationaries. I am a frequent visitor (solo) to Japan around 2 times/ year. I will definitely book this place again. One of the better airbnb experience I’ve had. I look forward to contracting your company again Sumyca. 今日からよろしくお願いいたします

One stage hotel/Ikebukuro/Nonmachi station 9min/Free WiFi/A

JohnRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The home itself was a bit smaller than I had anticipated however overall it provided an excellent stay for my one week vacation. The home has a washer inside, the drying capability is not that great, however there was a laundromat right around the corner that made it easy to dry my clothes for 200-300 Yen per load. The home provided ample space for two. LUUP is an electric bike/scooter app that has a pickup point right around the corner and a drop off point at the Kanamecho Station. Wolt is able to deliver food to the home if you need a break from cooking or going out to eat. Overall it provided a comforting stay and excellent experience.

A 100-year-old japanese house renovated by MUJI

将也Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
It was a stay where you could experience "rural life" unlike a regular hotel. This time, I also stayed with a colleague of mine from the company. There was also communication that was different from my usual work, which was a very good opportunity. The interior was beautifully renovated, and I didn't feel much old.Rather, the stylishness of the kitchen and water area were harmonious with the nostalgia of Japanese houses. Our stay was in December and it was fully heated and the cold wasn't really an issue. It was full of amenities and a washing machine, so I was able to reduce my travel luggage. I think it will be a little difficult without a car because I will either go out to eat or cook by myself (there are not so many shops).(I rented a car at Awa Kamogawa station) It was good that the staff greeted us at check-in and politely explained the hotel.I also asked for a ranch tour, but you handled it kindly from the time of booking.
