We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with my two kids and we had a great weekend! The apartment is ideally located, close to shops, points of interest in the city and also the carnival, which delighted the children. It is thoughtfully laid out, and everything is well thought out, down to the last detail. Maurice and Monique really care about hospitality and have made this building a unique place, where each home has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Perched on the 2nd floor, the Nest of Merle is aptly named: a real cocoon perched on the rooftops, where we felt perfectly fine. A real enchanted parenthesis during which we were small "merlaux" (to name my children), and it is with great pleasure that we will be back! Thanks again to our hosts for a memorable stay.

Well spent stay in a beautiful area. Marie Christine is very responsive and attentive to her tenants. Well-equipped, easy to find and peaceful accommodation, nice little outdoor lounges, and the proximity to a river contributes to the soothing setting. Well located in the city of Yssingeaux city center a 3-minute walk, supermarkets nearby, and plenty of activities to do nearby: lake, hikes etc... and proximity to Le Puy en Velay about 30 minutes by car.

Ideal accommodation for those who want to visit Le Puy or who want to take the road to St Jacques. Right in the heart of the old town and at the same time quiet.

Isabelle and her husband were respectful and attentive. Willing to help and provide a great home away from home. I only stayed one night, but felt welcome from the moment I arrived.

Isabelle welcomes you with a big smile and the history of the building. A family exceptional property filled with history, which makes it all the more beautiful! The bedding is soft and comfortable! The laundry detergent extraordinary sense good that it feels like you are in a laundry pub! Really wonderful Airbnb, a little disappointed not to have stayed longer!
