Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Aguada

My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

Excellent stay. Nearly all of the island suddenly lost power on New Years Eve and Hector immediately came to the home and fired up the generator to get us light, air conditioning, etc. He showed up often to refill the generator with gasoline until the power was restored on the island. Hector reached out often as well just to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. He even offered to let us stay longer than our reservation was. The home itself was clean, welcoming, and had more than adequate parking. This place is a gem.

Elba and Edi were wonderful hosts. They provided local recommendations, helped when needed, responded quickly, and respected our privacy. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the TVs were both user friendly. The laundry machines work, the AC is modern and easy to use, and the two bathrooms were clean and large. We were very comfortable staying here as 7 people for one week - the pull out couch bed is also comfortable and has plenty of room in the living room. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. The back porch was our favorite part of the property. It was large and had plenty of seating and lights for night time. The views were beautiful and the location was private. The jacuzzi and sauna were added bonuses and so fun! Having a rental car is definitely necessary, and the roads are tight - so be prepared! But the home is very close by driving to Rincon and Aguada. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip to PR!

Amazing place right on the ocean. What a place to sit and watch the water, drink coffee and be together. We would love to be back there today!

Our Family had a wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze. The house is beautiful, clean and everyone had room to enjoy. The pool is perfect, the kids loved every minute, and it was a great place to relax. There is a new house being built, but that didn’t bother us at all! We enjoyed the large porch every night. It’s up on a hill so you will need a car… but the view of the ocean and Jungle with the breeze is just perfect. We even met a little cat friend. 😻 There is a dog next door. But it was not at all a nuisance like others have stated. We also loved waking up to the rooster. So enjoy your stay and soak up the sun! ☀️ We would definitely stay here again!

If I you don’t like waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying a drink while watching one of thee most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see then this isn’t the home for you, but even then you should still stay here! All I can say is thank you! Host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The only thing I’d say to be aware of like some of the other reviews have mentioned is that the water in aguada is not the calmest, beautiful, but would not recommend swimming. Thankfully there’s many beaches around that offer calmer water. Definitely would come back not only because we had such an amazing time but the host was one of the best host we had during our trip and we stayed at multiple locations but this one was definitely our favorite!

Without a second thought this place should be ANYONES first decision. It’s conveniently located in an area to travel all around the west side of Puerto Rico. Hands down the best place we stayed while visiting. Had all the amenities for us to be comfortable at the beach and at the house. Beyond happy with our decision.

Wanda was a great host. I came in very late due to a delayed flight and she made sure I was able to find the room ok. Place was as described and had beautiful surroundings. Great stay overall. Thank you, Wanda!

Perfect place to relax and the view is amazing. The sound of the waves, priceless. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This airbnb was great and just as described. We stayed a week during New Years Eve. We felt safe and welcomed by the neighbors who even invited us to celebrate new years eve with them. The roosters are loud really early but the place is so cute and close to great beaches! It has everything you need like beach chairs , towels and umbrellas. The owners gave us spot on recommendations and were the greatest hosts. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

My family felt like home. The Airbnb was clean and Miguel answered any questions I had in a timing manner. They even left snacks for my toddlers … which they were excited about besides the swing in the back! I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re going with your family and have little ones.

This is the second time I stayed at one of Miguel’s properties and it never disappoints. Perfect apartment in a great location!

Loved the location. Close to restaurants, and beach. Property is very well kept. Beautiful gardens. Pool area is spa like. Lots of chairs, beach towels. Snorkel gear included, but we did not use it. Washer and dryer too, detergent was provided. Beach is right across the street. We found a lot of sea glass and shells. Everything was just as described in the listing. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing time here with our family of 6! We were able to play in the waters at the beach just down the road and finding sea shells became our morning beach walk routine! The place was very comfortable and quiet. We felt very safe and secure too! The locals were incredibly friendly and the beach was almost always for us alone! Amazing place, and host! A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

What a gem of a condo. we have stayed in many Rincon condos and you can tell when something is simply a rental property and when someone has taken the time to set the place up as a home. Ingrid’s place was well appointed, maintained and has everything we needed. Wish we had booked longer and we will definitely be back.

Great deal for such a large place. Very close to the beach, but it’s a steep walk up the hill so we usually drove with all our gear. Very kid-friendly, lots of toys to play with. We used their camping chairs for the beach but two broke (just from rust and normal use) and they were very apologetic. Super responsive and quick: the washing machine was leaking and Maria’s husband came over right away. Although there were lots of stairs and we had an elderly relative with us, the stair railing is extremely sturdy so it wasn’t a problem for him.

Ivellisse and husband were great Host! My wife and I were Super Host on the airbnb platform in the recent past (we sold the property). We appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into the hospitality business to provide a wonderful experience to our guest. To that end, we will be returning to this wonderful condo, ocean views are as great as it gets, restaurants are all walking distance and the property as a whole is convenient, safe and impeccable! location, location,location!

We loved this place! Just steps from the ocean, and so cool to be outside the whole time at this place. It had everything that was needed and it’s just so cool to see the stars at night and hear the waves from the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Great beachfront location in the quiet town of Aguada. Close drive to hiking, scuba, snorkeling etc. Fishing from the beach was enjoyable. Multiple dining options nearby. The third floor was perfect for older kids. Overall we had a great stay!
