Vacation rentals with breakfast in Agonda Beach

Our stay at Julie's place was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, providing all the amenities exactly as described. Narayan prepared delicious breakfasts for us on both days, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, with essential services conveniently accessible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.🌟

The villa is a couple of miles outside of candolim but that is a big plus side in our opinion. In the settlement of Nerul which is great to walk around and say hello to the locals, experience daily life and avoid the noise and somewhat busy side of candolim. The villa is amazing, has everything you need and the outside area and pool are fabulous. Raju the caretaker is such a lovely and helpful young man, even with language barriers. Highly recommended for a stay in North Goa.

It is a nice cozy villa with good amenities. The private pool is compact and the best part of it is that the temperature of the water is perfect. There is a sitting area where the entire gang can have their time.

Lovely stay at this beautiful villa in Nerul. We visited as a group of 14 friends for a 4-night stay. A few friends had arrived in Goa early and Mithoon was amazing in facilitating an early check-in that morning. Staff were helpful and attentive, and always available if needed. Daily breakfast provided was great, a nice mix of cooked food and freshly cut fruit Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool and garden area very relaxing. Easy to get taxis into nearby Candolim. Overall, we all had a great time in the villa and exploring to local area.

It was a wonderful place. Very spacious and the pool was really amazing. The owners were really helpful and accomodative. Would recommend the place any day.

I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

We had a very comfortable stay! Mr. Dilip made sure our check in and check out went smooth. The place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We would certainly choose this place again. You can swim at the pool or if you just wanna enjoy with some movies, the 4k TV and fast wifi makes sure you have a fun movie marathon experience. If you have proper swimming attire, you can enjoy swimming at the pool. Swiggy/zomato/instamart connectivity is great! Would highly recommend!

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

Stunning 3 BHK Apartment with Breathtaking Ocean Views Property can easily accommodate 8 people. I had an incredible stay at this spacious 3 BHK apartment in South Goa! The location in Holy Cross Colony is perfect—close to the Dabolim Airport, which made it very convenient for travel. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and absolutely huge. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the modern interiors made it feel very fresh and comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was the incredible view of the ocean and island from the apartment, which brought in plenty of natural light and fresh air throughout the day. The space felt open and airy, making it a perfect place to relax. The private pool and seating area made the experience even more luxurious, allowing us to unwind with a view. This apartment is an ideal getaway for anyone looking for both comfort and a picturesque setting. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Goa—you won't be disappointed!

Our stay at Shabbir's place was truly delightful! The apartment was immaculately clean, well-equipped with essentials, and boasted a stunning balcony overlooking the lush jungle and mountains. Despite being centrally located in Canacona, the area remains remarkably quiet and peaceful. Bharat Heights has become our go-to destination in Goa. Shabbir is an exceptional host, and we highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

Jatin is a great communicator. He promptly addressed all my requests. I wanted some additional appliances which Jatin promptly ordered for me. The place was always kept clean & linens changed everyday. His assistant manager Miss Geeta took care of all my immediate requests. I have booked my stay all the way till the first week of March 2024. This is the 2nd time I am renting this place & plan on doing so again. I strongly recommend renting apartments from Jatin.

Naythen's place is a perfect base in Benaulim. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach (or just grab a cheap rickshaw). The apartment is as described - Mediterranean minimalist style with a big bathroom, two balconies, good air con and really comfortable bed. An added bonus is use of a washing machine. Breakfast is delicious and Naythen has been really helpful from word go. He also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Recommended.

Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

Whether this is your first, second or fifth time in Panjim, you will not do better than staying here - it is beautiful and very comfortable. Hosts Valerio and Shefali are very helpful and friendly. It is well located - within walking distance of many restaurants and a calm beach. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay :)

Lovely place, great location with the beach and shops just around the corner.

We had the most incredible time in paradise! The place is super relaxing, calm, tranquil. Tucked in nature, with the sounds of the birds on the river, practicing yoga on the deck and watching the sunsets made this place super magical for our stay. Special thanks to the cooks, the food was incredible, Chim, Katya and all the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for beautiful holiday in paradise, your retreat awaits xoxo

I wanted to get away from humanity to just enjoy nature and peace - and this place offered me both in abundance. The property is huuuge, full of little tranquil escapes within the area - in the midst of which are the cottages, which are perfect for a solo stay/group stay. The staff were super sweet, helpful & respectful. They grow so much of their own produce, serve that for meals which tastes wholesome. If you’re looking to get away from the city hustle bustle and tuck yourself in nature - this is the place. Would i go back? 100%.

Peter’s place is a few meters away from the main road. Check-in was smooth & fast. There’s a restaurant in the resort (Nada Brahma) which made it convenient not to leave the area. There’s also room service, so you don’t have to leave your room! Food was great and they serve a wide range of western food, this was a nice break for us since we had been traveling in India for 3 weeks at this point. The beach was a few steps away—-warm ocean water. They have activities for guests like Monday movie night and it was awesome. Also a quiz night. Plenty of hot water for your showers, laundry service onsite and reasonably priced. We probably should have asked for a mosquito net because we got bitten by tons of mosquitoes.

Nice clean room, lovely balcony, and courteous staff. Do be aware it is a wellness center, not a typical bed and breakfast, and read the house rules - no smoking or alcohol permited. The veg breakfast was delicious!
