Corinne and François' duplex is exceptional. Everything is perfect for a great relaxing time as it is very comfortable. Since the duplex is located on the very top floor, there is no noise despite being located in the heart of Granville. The terrace offers a perfect view of the city, it feels unspoiled. The bed is very comfortable. The amenities are full, we just have to put your bags down and enjoy! Granville is really a favorite for us.

Great amenities, wonderful location with good boulangerie right across the street. Central with many bus connections in a 3-minute walk, but without a large hustle and bustle thanks to side street location. About 10 minutes to the beach. Sometimes much more to the ocean. 😉 Fastest wifi/internet I've ever had in a hotel or place to stay. Apartment equipped with a lot of love and maritime details. Everything you need on vacation. Perfect communication with dear, accommodating, and professional host.

Nice and bright apartment. Close walking distance to shops and the sea. Very well-equipped. Downside, the staircase of the common areas is a little narrow and in need of a big refresh. Have a nice stay in general Communication with the host, simple and effective

We came as a couple to enjoy the Granville Carnival for 5 days. Heloîse was very accommodating and accepted that we would come with our dog and our little cat. The apartment is new, modern decoration, very clean and well-equipped. Located in a subdivision 20 minutes walk from the city center, it is quiet. Donville-les-Bains Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Heloîse is attentive and offers a quality service. We recommend it.

Very new and clean apartment, there's nothing missing. The Hosts are very nice and respond very quickly to any questions. Had a lovely two weeks.

We had a lovely stay at Sébastien and Isabelle's. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and very charming, perfectly matching the photos and descriptions, quiet and well soundproofed, easy access and close to the city center. In fact, Granville can easily be discovered on foot. Thoughtful and attentive hosts, flexible on schedules, especially for checkout on Sunday at the end of the morning. A great choice with a good value for the money. We would unreservedly recommend the accommodation of Sébastien Et Isabelle.

Perfect! The apartment is very cute, it has everything you need, very cozy and the hot tub is really a plus! We had a great time in Avignon. The village center is cute, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance directly. We were driving and could easily get around the area. I recommend ++

Beautiful enchanted parenthesis in this so pleasant cocoon! Hot tub at the top, very comfortable bedding, splendid shower, massage table to perfect this relaxing moment. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the patio on the ground floor because it was too cold but it must be very pleasant on sunny days. The accommodation seemed bigger in real life than in the photos. Everything was fine. Thank you also for the little touches and breakfast.

Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.
