Vacation rentals with a patio in Agnes Water

Another fantastic stay at Selah in Agnes, close to yummy pizzas and the beach, the pool area is also great. The apartment was stunning as always, super comfortable and Ginny the host waa always communicating and even arranged an early check in for us which was super helpful over the busy school holidays! Cant wait to come stay again!

Just spent 5 nights at Mangrove Manor and it was amazing. After spending a long day on the water it was great to come back to the comforts of such a lovely house, exactly as it appears in the photos. The check in-out was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and excellant communication from the hosts. Can't wait to stay there again.

We had a great stay everything was as promised except that the vegitation could use a mega trim. The beautiful view is largely blocked by one tree which is a shame because it truly is a stunning location. thank you

my wife and I loved Jess's place, it really exceeded our expectations from the listing, which is always a nice surprise. lovely surroundings, decorated beautifully and so well equipped. As a whole property and privately located it felt like our own little piece of Aus during our time there. Jess was a huge help with a number of our questions about the area and the property and I would thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone considering it.

The apartment was beautifully appointed, spacious and as described. It was a 5 minute walk to shops , eateries etc and a 12 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute drive to 1770. It made for a great stay in a central location

Absolutely divine. Melissa and Bart’s special Tiny Home already seemed idyllic on the AirBnB listing; but seeing and experiencing it in person is divine. Melissa and Bart have thought of every small touch and then more. The place is cosy, comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on our road trip when we needed some rest; and it has been one of my favourite bookings. This is a place not to be missed if you’re heading to the area. Additionally, Melissa was an incredibly kind and generous host. We had a little hiccup during our stay - Melissa was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We hope to be back one day.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights on our way to Emerald over the Easter break. Agnes Water is an absolutely beautiful place and it was made even better by Geoffrey’s accomodation. It’s located on a quiet street, but within walking distance of everything you need. Very spacious, and a lovely outdoor area to relax in after a day at the beach.

James is a great host, we loved the house it was everything we hoped for quiet, roomy, clean and beautiful views of the water at 1770. We are very happy that we stayed here and will definitely come back again.
