This house is beautiful, delightful setting, lovely property very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We spent Christmas there and it was a fabulous place to stay with the family. The location is stunning and the local people so very friendly. I would recommend it highly!

We had a fantastic Christmas break at Joannes fabulous apartment. Extremely well equipment and everything we needed to make Christmas dinner was there. The apartment was beautiful, decorated to a high spec and spotlessly clean. We didn't want to leave so stayed an extra day. We will be back very soon, thank you Joanne for the lovely Christmas treats. x

A beautiful location. A lovely home: for us peaceful, tranquil; for a busy, active family spacious, accessible. Wonderful outside spaces to enjoy the views of the river, dunes and mountains. Well worth it. A lovely stay.

We had a lovely two night stay and would happily have stayed longer. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The front room looks straight onto the sea front and the pier is just across the road. There is even a sauna, just across the road, on the sea front, which I believe is bookable, via a QR code. Two very comfortable double beds and the showers (one en-suite) were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and even had sharp knives. This was perfect for two couples. Thank you

John & Annette were wonderful hosts. We arrived a little later than planned and John was there to check us in and show us around. The house was pristine clean and exactly like the pictures if not better. It’s a quiet location, by the beach and perfect for a get away off grid. There’s private parking & WiFi which are definite pluses. Bedding and towels were so fluffy and smelt amazing. John and Annette were attentive hosts. We had great communication throughout. I couldn’t recommend this place more, definitely value for money. We all had a great weekend away😃

We loved our stay here. The property was more spacious than I anticipated (always a nice surprise), a lot of effort has gone into making the place feel warm and welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights but could easily have stayed longer. We stayed with a dog, so the side entrance into the utility space was perfect! Helped keep everything nice and clean during our stay. The views are stunning! The second floor lounge was a lovely space to enjoy the estuary and all the bird life from. The sunrise over the mountains out the back of the property were stunning too! We did one of the walks noted in the welcome pack along the coastal path to Dinas Beach via Caernarfon airport. There is a nice cafe (dog friendly) which does a great lunch or tea break if you need a pitstop. Would love to stay again, maybe at a different time of the year with longer daylight hours so we can make more of the stunning scenery.

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. Lovely stay and location. Emma was very helpful and the process was simple.

Very easy check-in via Park Security with no issues. Found the Lodge with little difficulty and we were delighted with the property. The lodge is spacious and extremely comfortable. Quality furnishings and fixtures throughout. The deck was terrific, it was so quiet and peaceful and you barely saw or heard anything from the surrounding area. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful and responded so quickly to any queries we had. We were blessed with a few sunny days at the end of our stay that made it perfect.

A beautiful spacious caravan. Everything you could need available. Very dog friendly as we have two big dogs. The decking and gate really handy particularly if have dog(s) as not stepping straight outside.

Good location to explore North Wales. Plenty to do on site too..

Great place to stay for Snowdonia national park, beaches and Portmeireon. Quiet time of year for our stay. Well stocked kitchen and great instructions for bathroom use.

It’s A great location if you want to be near the beach. We was staying here because we was doing the snowdon hike. Which is about 40min away. The accommodation was great, clean and as described. Couldn’t work out the living room sofa bed but lucky there was enough beds so it wasn’t a problem. Definitely will come back again and will recommend it to anyone. The host was very informative and helpful. Thanks again.

It enables me to recharge my batteries and relax in a beautiful and majestic part of Wales.

We can’t fault our family holiday. Stunning views, looking over an area of grass and sea, safe enough to watch the kids play out and enjoy a relax on the decking. The place was relaxing, indoor pool and gym were a bonus. Ryan is also very accommodating should you have any questions. We will definitely be back again, thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s place. The views were stunning and it was very peaceful. We were lucky with the weather during our stay, so made the most of the balcony. The house was spotlessly clean, was furnished nicely and the bathroom was gorgeous. This house is a perfect location for seeing other places in North Wales! We hope to visit again one day!

Our third festive stay. We love this place. Perfect for hosting family who live locally. Lots of communal space and space to spread out. Fabulous to stay in a place with such a well equipped kitchen too particularly at Xmas. Thank you.

We spent a long weekend for a family birthday at Ellie's place. It had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with stunning views from the house which is right on the beach. You can walk right into Abersoch. Would recommend this fantastic home.

My family and I had a lovely stay! What a gorgeous home! So clean and modern. A short walk to the beach and short drives to other local areas. We stayed for Christmas and there was a Christmas tree set up in the lounge for us, along with a bottle of wine & treats for my dog. On Christmas even the host was kind enough to deliver us a parcel of items including bread, butter, milk, chocolate etc - what a lovely touch! Thank you for having us & we cannot wait to be back! I've been staying in this place a few times now and I always enjoy coming back. The location is brilliant, the views amazing, and Mike a perfect host. I'll be back for sure!

The cottage was right by the beach with lovely big views from the conservatory. It was fully equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the walk over the cliff to the funicular into Aberystwyth. The caravan site is quite close, but the house was quiet and had its own garden space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Debbie.

Amazing views from the house & garden, in a great position & a short downhill walk to the local village for some amazing restaurants. It was really peaceful, felt very homely. I would definitely stay again. Everything was clean & the house was warm on arrival. Elizabeth was very responsive to all messages & we experienced no problems at all.
