We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

Nice cozy and big studio for a reasonable price. Lived here for more than a month and felt at home! From the balcony you can see the sea and a little city, which pleased the eye :) (not only one building across the street) No one bothered. Thank you Stella for meeting me at check-in and solving all the problems if necessary. Batumi - one love❤️

Studio Terrace Seaview in the Orange Garden

I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

Everything is great, the apartment is clean and cozy, everything is available for living. Beautiful view from the window, in the evening very beautiful sunsets. Hosts are responsive and friendly, always available, will help resolve any issue. Everything was great. Thank you so much. We will definitely return next time!

Amazing studio. Great view of the sea and the mountains. Singing fountains are visible from the balcony. Nearby Batumi embankment for walks and several grocery stores and cafés. Comfortable Big Bed. All furniture and renovations are new. There is an extra armchair bed for the third, table and chair chairs, kitchen, hob , new dishes and a small fridge. Spacious shower. Responsive owner Alexander. Lived for a month, there was cleaning. We liked everything. Recommended.

Seaview studios

I want to give feedback on these apartments. I'll say right away — how quickly the owner responds, I was very pleased. It was insanely nice. As soon as I wrote a message, I received an exact and specific answer in the same second. I didn't have to wait a minute — all questions (about air conditioning, heating, etc.) were resolved instantly. Secondly, the apartment has absolutely everything you need: appliances, dishes, iron, coffee machine, everything for cleaning and even candles in case of a power outage — once the lights were turned off, and the candles really came in handy. I was also pleasantly surprised that if necessary, you could quickly cancel or return a reservation, arrange a change of linen — everything was resolved easily, without refusals and with a willingness to help. The apartment is very clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, with a great view and excellent location. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Georgia. Thank you so much! I wish you even more tourists and satisfied guests!

Small tidy apartment on the 27th floor. Despite the fact that there is a lot of noise from the beach outside, you will not notice it in the room itself. Keep in mind that there is a queue to the elevator, this is a feature of the residential complex, and if you are in a hurry, it is worth putting into calculations. By a mysterious coincidence, despite constant traffic jams around the residential complex, taxis from there are cheaper than from other places.

The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

What a wonderful apartment! Everything matches the photos and the description, but in person it is even better. Very cozy interior and everything you need. Great location within walking distance to the city's attractions, with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. It was nice to wake up to a beautiful view of the sea, and it is impossible to stop admiring the sunsets. Large living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and a beautiful bathroom. Everything is clean and well thought out, lots of sockets (you can charge your laptop from anywhere in the apartment), and all the living room lights can be turned on in many different combinations which is appreciated. The only drawback was intermittent Wi-Fi, but otherwise a very spacious and cozy apartment you want to come back to! Nice owner, customer focus at the highest level! Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness!

One of the best places I have stayed in during my travels in Batumi. The host is very professional and always responds very fast. The place is great and also has good internet for online workers. This one was the best stay I had. It felt right at home. Very clean and had all the amenities. It's out done my expectations. Really recommend this place to everyone coming to Batumi. This place has the best views. Its a little far from the city centre but you can always take a cab its very cheap to get to the city centre.

This is a very nice, fresh, clean, well-stocked apartment. We had a great time at the Dreamland Oasis complex. You need to understand that the apartment corresponds to the hotel room in its own size. The most lovely part of this apartment is the small terrace with its own garden. It compensates for the lack of space in the apartment.

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.
