Tiny house vacation rentals in Adirondack Mountains

I was coming into the Adirondacks to do some backpacking. We were going to be arriving late and starting the trip early in morning, so we just needed a place to crash for the night and sort some gear in the morning while we had breakfast. This was a perfect spot and exactly what we needed, though it would have been tempting to relax there for a few days.

We spent a beautiful, snowy night here, and were entirely warm and comfortable. The host messaged us with details on everything about how to get in, and how to get around inside the cabin. The flexibility about check-in was really considerate, given that we were trying to get there while the weather was still good. My husband made a fire in the stove as soon as we checked in, and we were able to mirror our IPad to their Samsung TV within seconds, and watched our favorites while having dinner. The bathroom was super clean and tidy, and the ladder to the loft bedroom was very sturdy, with excellent railings so we had no trouble going up and down. The Pinnacle hiking area is less than a mile down the road, and although it was foggy and snowy the day we hiked, it was a great option for a close-by activity, with what usually would be a spectacular view.

The Go-cottage was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is what stood out to me. I loved having the comforts of home available—a Keurig, a little fridge, and cooking utensils all there.. The extra pillows and towels added that extra special touch.. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Lake Placid! One of the best I’ve stayed in!

Spending a night at the hobbit house was a beautiful way to spend Valentine’s Day. We loved it.

My friend and I took our dogs for a peaceful winter getaway and that is exactly what we got. Amazing location and very secluded. As long as you know how to use a wood stove you’ll stay nice and toasty in the colder months. It’s a perfect location if you’re bringing dogs 🐶 Can’t wait to come back in the summer time!

Our family enjoyed Penny's cozy cabin very much! We came for a ski weekend and the cabin is perfectly located close to Whiteface and close to restaurants in Jay with a short drive into Lake Placid. The cabin has everything a family could want to cook dinners and enjoy time relaxing after a day at the slopes. The host Penny checked with us on the day of our arrival and the day we left, which we appreciated.

This cabin is a tucked away low key gem. Clean and secluded but within a 15 minute drive of anything you might need. Chris and Kristi have a lovely little farm to share and were extremely helpful and forthcoming. Plenty of wooded trails and I highly recommend the horseback ride - totally worth it even when its 22F outside. Say hi to Wilbur for me, he's one entertaining horse. Going to save this spot for more trips in the summer and fall :)

It was perfect! A little cocoon very well arranged/decorated, everything is there! The bed is extremely comfortable, the hanging “hammock” is superb, the outside is just as charming! The outdoor oven and sauna is a real plus! Stephanie and Joël were super welcoming and very friendly, with a rewarding hydrotherapy experience, a big thank you for your welcome!! I highly recommend it and will gladly come back!:)

The home was cozy and clean. Fit me and my 3 friends perfectly. The area is a great place for people who enjoy winter activities and the hot tub was clean. Chris is nice and the property managers are amazing people and extremely helpful. Had some car troubles upon check out and they where all very understanding and helpful with the situation. Will definitely be coming back!💕

We had such a lovely cozy stay during the winter! The place is warm, clean and well equipped for a weekend indoors. It’s perfect for a couple. We felt so welcomed and would definitely come back to experience it during other seasons! The only thing I’d suggest for visitors is to plan ahead if you’d like to cook meals as there is limited counter space and only one electric induction stove 👩🏻‍🍳

We had a amazing and wonderful stay at Sergjio's cabin. Sergjio is one of the nicest host we've met, he's very friendly and helpful. The cabin is just perfect, very well decorated, clean and welcoming and I hope we will come back again one day.

Such a gorgeous sanctuary! It was a welcome getaway into the snow for a few days of peace. Place was perfect and I’d stay again. Highly recommend!

This was me second time at Hulette's Hideaway and I will definitely be back at least once a year. I can't get over the brilliant design of this tiny home. the use of space is so efficient that I could see myself lliving here long term and wish I could! With an efficient space-heater, cozy blankets warm running water a full kitchen and a screened in garage door, you have protection from the elements and the comforts of home while feelings immersed in and connected to the beautiful natural wooded surroundings. The electric convection cook tops are so efficient that cooking meals was easier than when I'm at home! I enjoyed long hours by the fire pit, invigorating outdoor showers and peaceful sleep. The nearby trail to Black Mountin Summit provided the most breathe-taking panoramic mountain and lake views I've ever seen. With other trail options 1.5 miles from the cabin, lake george within walking distance and a few great antique shops a few towns away I will definitely visit again!

Ran into some rough weather but our host took great care of us! Very responsive and incredibly helpful even through the hiccups we faced with the weather. Will definitely consider staying again.

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and flexible with check-in, making everything so easy. She even offered an extra night due to the weather, which was so thoughtful. The place was exactly as described—spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. My dog absolutely loved exploring the area, which was a huge bonus! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Jess and Marvin's cabin is truly a hidden gem - the cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway from the city and our dog loved it too! They supplied everything you could need including firewood and fire starters available to make it the perfect experience all around -they even brought a dog bed for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect place to be close to so much in the area but you’re still able to get away from it all and relax in your own world

Me and my girlfriend were wanting a cozy getaway in the midst of a white winter, and we found it! Our franklin stove kept us extremely warm while look at our bedroom window/door onto the snow-covered pines. This place is tucked away off the main road, has all the required amenities, and was perfect. With the ponds and trees, I'm sure this is equally beautiful any season. This is a quick 10-minute drive from Saranac Lake. Jillian also accommodated a date change for us- with pleasure and promptness. A great trip to a great place- I highly recommend it!

Loved this cabin! We came up during an epic snow storm (well over a foot of snow) and came to the cabin after a day at Whiteface. Sherry was very helpful with directions and Jarry came out and plowed the driveway so we could get it. Perfect spot for the trip for me and my 8yo son. We will be back!

It really is the most beautiful cabin! The stream is so very lovely and the hosts are so nice and friendly! The bed is super comfy and the little heater that is provided is perfect for cooler weather. The shower is just amazing. The whole place is so beautiful and the perfect spot to rest! I definitely want to go back and sincerely think everyone should go there at least once in their life! Thank you, Christina and Doug!

My wife, two year old, two dogs, and myself stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary. It was an easy choice for us as they were able to accommodate our two pups which was important to us. Something that also appealed to us was the playground, which was a few feet away from our cabin. This all made it so easy for us with a toddler and two dogs to vacation with ease. Our host were incredibly friendly and very open to helping us if we were to have any issues or concerns, which we did not because the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to families or people with pets. Our toddler was very found of the lively and very sweet donkey. Thank you so much for hosting us. :)

Carol and Jeff were fantastic hosts and their cabin on the lake was exactly what my wife and I were expecting for our baby moon. The property on Sixth Lake was just far enough from town to be peaceful and relaxing but close enough to get a bite to eat, do some shopping, and pick up any needed grocery items. Carol and Jeff provided perfect communication and the house had everything. Oh, and can’t forget the cookies, which were the best. Sean and Katie
