Warm, soothing, relaxing, comfortable, very, very, very clean villa for a pleasant stay. Voice of the adhan and pleasant song of the birds. Very, very well equipped villa, very good for resting away from the noises of the city. A villa where you feel at home. better in real life than in the photos. The only downside is the stray dogs who sometimes bark at night but that doesn't stop you from resting.

Mesha Allah bless the Most Gracious one of the finest villas to be found in the area and the place is quiet and in it is abnormal, as if you are at home, and Dr. Hassan's treatment was very nice, and it is the rarest of men that I have dealt with a very sophisticated human being.

She takes great care in every single details of her home, from selecting the most beautiful and valuable items to ensuring comfort, pleasant scents, and cleanliness throughout the space. Additionally, her personality and refined manners .. Yasmin is not just a property owner, she is a respectful friend who makes you feel like you are at your home. I’ve never been to Egypt before but this is probably the best place in Alexandria to stay in, in terms of location, cleanliness and size. The place is very comfy and after a couple days felt just like home for me. The location is in a nicer area of Alexandria from what i understood from the local friends that i made. Close to everything that you’d wanna see there. Also the host was always responsive and very helpful. I twisted my ankle and he was quick to help me lol. 11/10 hope to come again

The place is really nice and the host is very helpful and responsive. We reached out a few times to the host for assistance or with questions and Dina was very responsive and helpful. The hosts also provided us with a great pdf guidebook about the villa and the area. Pros: spacious and clean modern villa, private bathrooms in each bedroom, nice backyard, nothing major was broken or old Cons: not every bathroom had hot water (yet) nor every bedroom has heated AC (yet). Hard to find Uber in the area, better to have a car with you. Not walkable area I spoke with hosts and they said they will add those in the near future. If it is a very cold day, it might cause some inconvenience

I had a very relaxing stay. Zeyad and Gehan were very helpful and extremely responsive. The room was spotless and the location to the beach was perfect. Their hospitality and helpfulness made our stay even better. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. It is perfect if you want somewhere quiet and relaxing.

The place: The apartment was amazing. Very spacious with beautiful view as both living rooms and one of the twin bedrooms overseeing the sea directly. It was modernly furnished and that's my personal preference. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. Location of the apartment is very good as san stefano area is somehow centralized (east-west) so its not far from all the landmarks. Also, having a building directly by the sea is crucial for easier transportation in alexandria. As for the hosts, I can't say enough. I had an emergency and needed a place urgently and on very short notice. Both Mohamed and Adam were very helpful and accommodated my emergency with such a welcoming and friendly attitude. they were very professional and polite and very responsive to all my requests and inquiries. It was a wonderful stay.

The Villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Abdullah our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and communication was seamless! and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The host thoughtfully provided toys, board games , making the stay even more memorable.

Our stay in captain mohamed’s apartment was great. He was very responsive , kind and helpful. The apartment was very spacious , clean and well equipped. It’s located in walking distance from a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. We could view the beach from the balconies which was a huge plus. The roof had a beautiful view of the entire city and the beaches, charming is one word to describe it. Thank you captain Mohamed for the great hospitality , wishing you all the best.

Shady was a real super host, very polite and he has a beautiful family. The villa was amazing, the area a bit farther than what we expected, the area isn’t walkable ,nothing to do around and a bit isolated but it’s very quiet and peaceful . The closest restaurant was about 15 minutes drive , other than that it was amazing and we really enjoyed the stay

Kareem is a an outstanding host. He communicated with us so well. Very welcoming, flexible and got us everything we needed. He was always responsive, ready to help and got us anything was missing. Place is very clean, safe and close to all the beaches, 20 mins from marassi, IOS and Haicenda.

We had a fantastic stay at Mrs. Hanan's villa. She was a warm and accommodating host, even welcoming our family dog. She provided thorough information for our stay, making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and stocked with essentials, and snacks were kindly provided upon arrival. Mrs. Hanan also offered us a flexible check-out time, which was a much-appreciated gesture. The property is conveniently located within a short walk to the sea and features a great pool. We were truly impressed by the whole experience. The place was absolutely great. Zero complaints whatsoever. The views from the second and third floor were perfect I took so many photos there. The pool area was also very accommodating with the extra room, bar, and both toilet & shower. It’s definitely a 10/10 for me & my family and I’ll definitely have to come back for round 2. Karim is a very generous person who cares about every detail that could make your visit comfortable. You will find everything you need in the studio, it was really relaxing experience. there is a couple of restaurants there (but we didn't like them). and there is a supermarket nearby for your basic needs. We'll repeat our visit soon because of Karim's generosity.
