Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Addison County

I stayed here with my wife, our 9-month-old, and several friends. It was an excellent ski house. Skiing out and down the hill took some getting used to for the newer skiers, but it was extremely convenient to get on the mountain without coordinating cars. The sauna and hot tub were especially nice, and the kitchen was great for having several people cooking in simultaneously. Jonathan was extremely responsive and got service people out right away when the hot tub experienced some technical issues that were quickly fixed.

The house was perfect for our weekend ski trip. A scenic property and cozy house. The Morgans were very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Definitely worth the price.

This home is beautiful, spacious and is surrounded by nature. The backyard had a huge deck with a tree lined backyard and you can hardly see the next neighbour. There are rolling hills and cows in the next pasture. So serene. The house has lots of room in the main area for our family, it never felt crowded. The kitchen looks better then the pictures, with a huge island and the entire house is fully stocked. You can tell this is not just a rental as it had more then we expected to live comfortably. She was also kind enough to bring us some baby items. The location is great as wherever you turn it's beautiful but also within driving distance to Stowe. The local towns are really cute too. Our family really enjoyed our time here.

The three of us really enjoyed staying at Dan’s clean and beautifully decorated country home. The pellet stove was a highlight that we had never seen one before, so it was fascinating to experience. Dan provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless, and he was thoughtful enough to offer tips in case we lost cellular service. Whenever we had questions, he responded promptly. I should also mention that the location made it easy to get to Killington Ski Resort:) We would love to stay at Dan’s place again! Thank you!!

This lovely Airbnb in the woods is exactly as described — great for a weekend getaway to the mountains. Close to Camels Hump and very private. Has the basic amenities that you’d need for a few days. Perfect in between location whether you want to explore Burlington, Stowe, Waterbury, or other VT towns. Quaint and serene!

Had a fantastic time. Went backcountry skiing before work and then worked from his place with multiple people doing zoom calls without issues. Perfect place for us

We loved staying at Paula’s place! It was such a cozy spot. We loved the fire place and spent a long time playing games in front of it. Paula was a lovely host and was flexible with our check out because we got a ton of snow. Short drive to killington where we skied. Definitely would recommend!

This is how Airbnb was always meant to be! Raquel is very responsive and made sure that all our questions were answered. Access is easy, even with a foot+ of snow on the ground - a plow comes by frequently during snowstorms, and even a 2WD car was able to get in and out of the access road (still recommend 4WD though!) The cabin is beautiful and spacious, and the area surrounding it is breathtaking. It comes with actual pots and pans in the kitchen, which is something missing from every other Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The rules are simple & easy to follow, which means you can really relax and use the space, instead of being afraid to touch anything. Moretown and Waitsfield are awesome and full of good restaurants and friendly people, and the area is full of stuff to do (including VERY easy access to Sugarbush) I could go on and on - this place is beyond awesome, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Easily the best AirBnB experience I've ever had.

Great place to stay for the night. The apartment was spotless and cozy. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft. Nice location and easy to get into town and Middlebury College. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you being wonderful hosts.

The porcupine farm is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the Lake Champlain area. Its convenient location for the Essex Fairy, Burlington, and Lake Placid make it a great place. It’s very cozy and I look forward to coming back here in the future.

Excellent location with convenient shuttle two minutes from the resort. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning.

Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

Great place to stay for a ski weekend. Clean and very easy to check in and out.

We had an amazing time at Daisy's place. The ice cream toppings bar was wonderful. The surprise Vermont goodies were most welcome! Daisy was extremely responsive and the live plants were a great touch. We loved the place, felt right at home, and found it to be a perfect location relative to Warren and the Sugarbush area. We will stay here again!

Great place to stay. As-advertised it was quiet, low key, and had a super homey feel. House was well equipped/stocked, clean, and Jonathan was very easy to communicate with. I hope to be back!

Heidi‘s cabin is lovely. We went for a snowboarding trip, it’s situated perfectly between Killington and Sugarbush. Would definitely stay again.

Went to the area for snow sports* and loved staying in this spot! Incredible pink sunrise views over mountains every morning out a giant window. Great kitchen, cozy area we used for games (including from the great selection there) by wintry tree view out every window. Dog welcoming, clean, and easy overall. It snowed a light inch, saw town plow truck go by and we were fine in Subaru w regular tires. * Day 1 Bolton valley snowboard & Nordic, 38 min drive. Route incl Waterbury w thrift shop, grocery w local stuff, hardware. Day 2 Middlebury snowbowl and Rikert/bread loaf Nordic, ~1 hr. Route incl 2 covered bridges (Warren /waitsfield), Texas falls (icy!) & Lawson's brewery

Wonderful secluded cabin in the woods. We had an enjoyable stay with great hospitality.

Josh & Misse's cabin in the woods (or snow) is the perfect off the grid getaway you're looking for! In our case, the only living things we saw for two days straight were cows and sheep, loved it 🤣 The cabin is a short walk away from the parking spot, very well marked trail and solar lamps lead you to it if you arrive after dark. Cabin itself is extremely well built, cozy has a full kitchen, bathroom with hot showers and a wood fired space heater which you can operate yourself. The surroundings on the property are quite pretty and well worth a stroll, make sure to bring apples and carrots for the animals! Cherry on the cake is the local food recommendations by the hosts. Just perfect. We had a very pleasant stay and can't wait to get back in the summer!

Exceeded our expectations. Kristine was super responsive and extremely helpful. The cabin is so spacious and peaceful. Easy drive from Burlington and other surrounding towns. Planning our next stay already!

This was our second stay at Jill and John’s cabin. It was just as wonderful as we remembered the first time. The cabin is very comfortable in the property surrounding the cabin is beautiful. We hope to return again soon.
