We were in the low season which we saw very much as an advantage, no more party mile, very beneficial for people who like it a little quieter, the beaches are nicely empty . My family, a total of 7 people stayed at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a big terrace and a pool. The location is great, there are a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to shop or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We stayed for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were exchanged very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The host is always available, she helps with the slightest problem right away. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Host Spring very warmly welcomed us! The house is very comfortable, clean and full of everything you need. In the fridge, gifts were waiting for us, and also sometimes in the morning we were treated to freshly cut figs. Once every 2 days we cleaned our place, which was unexpected and very pleasant. The house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large hall, a large balcony. There were 6 of us and everyone was very comfortable and spacious in the house. There was also a bunch of towels that could be used at home. (So you can only take towels for the beach.) The balcony and the view from it are just wow! Every breakfast we had beautiful sea views. One of us got sick and Spring brought a thermometer and pills, even though it was late at night. Then I really cared about the patient. When the storm started and we were not home, the hostess came by and removed all our belongings that we hung up to dry so they wouldn't get wet. There is always a free, free parking near the house. This is a big plus because parking is a real problem in Montenegro. 10 min from the house there are 3 beaches (both sand and stone), supermarket, market and main street. We are so delighted with both the house and the Spring that now if we come to Ulcinj, we will definitely go to this house! This is a very cool place. We recommend it to everyone! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm started and we were not at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! We enjoyed the stay in the old town. The apartment is a romantic place. Thanks to the host who did pick us up and guide as to parking and the place making it a relaxed experience.

The apartment which we was living in for two weeks was exactly as on the pictures. It had everything that we needed. Host was very hospitable and helpful. We felt that host is taking care of us. If we needed anything, we was getting immediate help and advice. We can truly reccomend this place.

The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

We had a nice time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the available kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the in-house sea access. The hosts were courteous and helpful... gladly.

Zoran is a very nice host with quick response time! The place is very central with great views of the old town and walking distance (3 min) to the beach.

We were super happy with the accommodation, everything was clean, matched the photos. We especially appreciated the second new bathroom, which was lovely and for multiple people really helpful😁 The host along with the family were very friendly and willing to address anything we needed. Comfortable big house, beautiful views, super rooftop terrace, backyard. All amenities, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to the beach, quite crowded beach, private and public area. The host is very friendly and helpful, and responds immediately if needed. One note - drinking water (2.5E for 6l) should be purchased at the store, the one in the house is not drinkable. Overall, a very successful stay. Recommended

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. To the old town 10 min walk. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.

The place was very nice, clean, spacious, we were 15 people and there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very friendly and nice, even though he lived with us he didn't bother us at all. 5 stars in all respects, our stay was beyond our Expectations.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

This place is absolutely stunning! Karin and her husband were so kind to my girlfriends and I. Karin is a true Wonder Woman, she does it all! Her husband was also kind enough to give us tips on where to eat in town and how to best get around. The rooms were clean and the views were THE BEST you'll get in Ulcinj. We also loved that there were robes for everyone upon arrival. In addition, from the space, you can walk down to the restaurant which also connects to the pool. We loved the food at the restaurant and the coffee in the morning and the ease of using accessing the pool. Helpful tip - this Airbnb is the penthouse of Hotel Fryeburg.
